With the technological developing in abroad and domestic in those several decades,due to the original and traditional watch and out of date wire headset products have become to the high technique field also generate some compatible terminal products which are able to connect to intelligent wearable products work very well,as result of the chip-set technological development and Internet of Everything and Five Generation signal occurred to facilitate it,thus,nowadays the intelligent wearable products have launched in market,such as smart band,true wireless earbud and automation cancellation headset etc,It can cater with consumers’ demands in terms of entertainment and gaming platform and mobile business work and monitor heath data in time via the Intelligent wearable products.The intelligent wearable products using multiple functional chip-set,such as Blue tooth,WIFI,2.4G and 3.5 jack audio technologies,the technology and the creation has reach the peak,based on the market reflection that a large number of request for intelligent wearable products,which prove it standing on the rapid developing stage at present.Besides,no matter in abroad or in home,with more and more fierce competition in the same field,increasing number of enterprises using their strengths to start to cooperate more customers with more businesses,to increase business scales and get more profits,a lot of enterprises from one single product developing to diversified products,there are also many enterprises evolving from domestic enterprises into multinational corporations with the increase of business volume and scale.Based on the intelligent wearable products development in a decade more or less,right now it has become a larger scale from a small teams in H company,however because it lacks of clear strategic management target and direction on intelligent wearable businesses,the internal management ability also deficiency,poor sales ability,lack of core technology competitiveness of smart wearable products and improper management of corporate culture and other negative comprehensive factors.In recent years,the business structure,business volume,customer satisfaction,organizational structure and turnover are constantly in turmoil.And profits have shown a declining trend,resulting in several times failed listing applications.Therefore,facing of the favorable development momentum of the industry and the disadvantages of H enterprise’s smart wearable business,the author proposed to conduct a study on the strategic management of H enterprise’s smart wearable business,so as to provide systematic strategic management theory,analysis method of strategic management and implementation of strategic management measures for the development of H enterprise’s smart wearable business.Therefore,in the face of the favorable development momentum of the industry and the disadvantages of H enterprise’s smart wearable business,the author puts forward the research on the strategic management of H enterprise’s smart wearable business,so as to provide systematic strategic management theory,analysis method of strategic management and implementation of strategic management measures for the development of H enterprise’s smart wearable business.The choice of the right strategic management direction can not only bring the smart wearable business of H enterprise considerable development,but also actively promote the smart wearable products from the original communication,entertainment and other fields to the development and application of health,monitoring more business fields.This essay takes the intelligent wearable business of H enterprise as an example to do strategic management research.By analyzing the development status of domestic and foreign smart wear products,the macro environment of H enterprise’s smart wear business,the industry competition environment,the current status of H enterprise’s smart wear business,the problems of H enterprise’s smart wear business,the opportunities and threats of the industry,and the advantages and disadvantages of H enterprise’s smart wear business,According to the comprehensive analysis and inference of the internal actual situation and external factors of the intelligent wearable business of H enterprise,the optimal strategic management theory and implementation safeguard strategic management environment facing the smart wearable business of H enterprise is analyzed in detail by using the analysis method of strategic management mentioned above,including the basic situation of the enterprise,the analysis of enterprise resources,the analysis of enterprise capability and the current management situation of the enterprise.We can make a conclusion that the opportunities and threats,operational competitiveness,and the realistic conditions of the advantages and disadvantages of H enterprise in the macro environment of intelligent wearable business based on the analyzed data,conditions.Fourthly,based on the above strategic management analysis tools and the conditions of H enterprise’s smart wearable business,the strategic analysis and selection are
