Research On The Harmonious Development Of Rural Revitalization And New Urbanization In Qinghai Province

Reviewing the development process of China’s modernization for a long time,agricultural and rural areas have made ultimate sacrifices to propel industrialization and urbanization,which has caused the development of agricultural and rural areas to fall behind urbanization and even led to the phenomenon of rural desiccation in some areas,New situations emerged and so did the issue of unbalance and insufficient development of urban and rural area.In this regard,The two strategies,new-type urbanization and rural revitalization,rise in response to the proper time and conditions to be the significant choice to realize china’ modernization and harmonious development of urban and rural areas.While Qinghai Province is situated an economically underdeveloped area in northwest China,urban-rural development gap is remarkable.Therefore,intensively studying the development and the challenge facing us of rural revitalization and new-type urbanization in Qinghai province,offers significance to city’s harmonious development of urban and rural areas.On the basis of a profound understanding of the connotation relationship between the two strategies,the paper analyzes the development status of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Qinghai Province,and sets up two systematic evaluation index systems in line with the situation of Qinghai Province,The entropy value method is selected to calculate the development status quo of the two strategies of the two cities and six prefectures in Qinghai province from 2011 to 2020,and the degree of the two strategies in Qinghai Province is mastered through the coupling coordination degree model.At the same time,the obstacle factor diagnosis model is adopted to clarify the main restriction factors for the coordinated development of the two systems.The empirical results testified that: First,The level of coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Qinghai Province is not high,from 2011 to2020,the comprehensive evaluation index of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Qinghai Province is low,which has not reached a relatively high level of growth,and the coupling and harmonious degree in the province is low,which is still on the verge of imbalance;Second,the coordinated development of regional differences,Xining in the new urbanization,rural revitalization of comprehensive development level,or coupling harmonious growth are tower over the provincial average and the rest of the various states,eastern city after Xining city in urban and rural development level,is lower development level and the state,its indicators development level are lagging behind the other city states.Third,the quality of urbanization is not high and the impetus of rural development is insufficient.During the research period,social urbanization,economic urbanization and rural industrial development have a great impact on the coordinated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization in Qinghai Province.And innovate the urban development mode to promote the construction of modern towns in the province;promote the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial structure through urbanization construction;lay a solid foundation of agricultural rural development,so as to promote the rural revitalization;grasp regional advantages,establish and improve the advice for institutional mechanism for urban-rural integrated development.
