| In the context of the rapid expansion of the capital market and the global circulation of production factors,traditional monetary capital is no longer as scarce as before.The fast running of the train depends on the front,and talents with the ability of innovation,research and management have become the core driving force for modern enterprises to stand at the forefront of the industry.There is no perseverance without permanent property,so equity incentive has become a competitive choice of major companies in order to absorb new backbone and retain outstanding talents.Equity incentive,as the name implies,grants the company’s equity to the company’s core talents in a set way to realize the transformation of their identity,and encourages the target to form a community of interests with the company,sharing risks and profits of the company’s development.The backbone with a sense of ownership is more capable of contributing to the long-term and stable development of the company.Since the reform of the registration system,the flexibility of the equity incentive system of the optimized Science and Technology Innovation Board and Growth Enterprise Board has been greatly improved,and the number of equity incentive of A-share listed companies has been significantly accelerated.Now the registration system has been fully implemented,it is expected that the enthusiasm of companies to implement equity incentive will continue to improve.In this paper,Aier Ophthalmology,the leader in the private ophthalmology industry,is taken as the research object,mainly because Aier Ophthalmology has implemented four equity incentive plans and innovatively implemented the "partner plan" since it was listed on the GEM in 2009,forming a multi-level and multi-form incentive system combining short and medium term and long term,with remarkable incentive effect.Aier has established a competitive salary system within the company,forming the advantages of technical talents and incentive mechanism.While promoting the implementation of business needs,employees also share the considerable profits brought by the rapid growth of the company through incentive mechanism.The central content of this paper can be divided into three parts.The first part is the case introduction,which describes the current situation and future development trend of equity incentive implementation of A-share listed companies,summarizes Aier Eye’s operating status,core competitiveness and ownership structure,and focuses on the implementation background,specific plan and implementation process of Aier Eye equity incentive implementation.The second part is the case analysis,which explores the motivation for the implementation of Aier’s equity incentive,analyzes the market response,explores the implementation effect from the dimensions of financial indicators and non-financial indicators,and selects typical companies in the same industry for horizontal comparison.The third part is inspiration and suggestions,summarizing the experience and shortcomings of Aier Eye equity incentive,suggesting that the company should adopt multiple incentive models that fit the current situation of the company when implementing equity incentive,and formulate scientific exercise conditions and assessment system,so that equity incentive can really help the highquality development of the enterprise. |
