| In the context of the increasingly detailed division of labor in the automotive industry,in order to cope with the fierce market competition,the original equipment manufactories and the auto parts industry must rack their brains and continuously improve their own strength in logistics management and supply chain management.BC is a Sino-German joint venture that produces artificial leather for automobiles,including PVC leather and PU leather,in the automotive interior industry.In recent years,the market size of China’s automotive interior industry has shown an upward trend,although in recent years,due to the cancellation of preferential policies for car purchase and the impact of the epidemic,the scale of the automotive interior market has declined,but it is not expected to change the trend of stable growth of the automotive interior industry in the future.Starting from the basic situation of BC company and the current situation of logistics management,this paper focuses on analyzing the existing problems in logistics management,improves and optimizes the design of related issues,and ensures the implementation of improvement and optimization through relevant strategies.Among them,the first chapter of this article is the introduction part,which mainly focuses on the research background,research purpose and significance,research status in China and abroad,research content and research methods.The second chapter of this paper is the concept and theory part,which introduces the related concepts such as supply chain management,logistics management,inventory management and related theories such as ABC classification,so as to offer the relevant theoretical basis for the whole article.Chapter 3 describes the current management status and main problems of BC company,shows the management status and main problems in logistics management,and analyzes the causes of the main problems.Chapter 4 of this paper is the logistics management optimization strategy,including: logistics management overall optimization scheme,inventory management optimization scheme,inventory process optimization scheme,transportation management optimization scheme and packaging management optimization scheme.Chapter 5 shares the relevant safeguard measures on logistics management optimization,and explains them from several perspectives,such as organizational safeguard measures,financial management safeguard measures,human resource management safeguard measures,and assessment management process safeguard measures.Chapter 6 of this article is the conclusion and prospect,BC company to implement logistics management optimization benefits analysis,which is beneficial to improve the management level of BC company,reduce management costs and enhance enterprise competitiveness.Through the optimization of BC company’s logistics management,not only the BC company’s logistics management process is optimized,but also the overall efficiency of logistics management and supply chain management is improved,the comprehensive level and resilience of supply chain management are improved,which helps to improve the company’s operational ability and contribute to the improvement of BC company’s comprehensive ability. |
