In response to the economic development and urbanization process since the reform and opening-up,the Chinese government has actively promoted the development of the real estate industry by issuing a series of policies such as land supply,real estate taxation,and housing subsidies to stimulate the development of the real estate market.These measures not only accelerated the process of urban modernization in China but also promoted the development of upstream and downstream related industries,forming an industrial chain.The real estate industry is an important driving force for China’s modern service industry,providing important support for the country’s economic development.However,the problem behind the development is that the economic proportion of the real estate industry is too high and there are significant economic risks.To avoid economic risks,the government has issued relevant policies such as the "three red lines",indirectly leading to the risk of cash flow breakage for real estate companies.In addition,due to the COVID-19 pandemic,the financing environment of the national real estate market from 2019 to the first half of 2022 was significantly tightened.In this context,Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.,which is already in the mature stage,urgently needs to develop suitable development strategies.Against the background described above,this paper uses research methods such as case analysis and literature analysis to study the development strategy formulation of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the basic situation of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.is introduced,and the current development status of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.is expounded and analyzed.By analyzing the problems existing in Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.at the current stage and the reasons for these problems,this paper then uses the PEST analysis model and the SWOT analysis model as development strategy research tools to analyze the overall situation of the internal and external environments of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.In the external environmental analysis,the PEST model is used to conduct macro-analysis of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.’s political,economic,cultural,and technological environments.In the internal environmental analysis,the human resource capabilities,financial capabilities,marketing capabilities,and design and research capabilities of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.are analyzed.Finally,with the help of the SWOT analysis method,this paper identifies that Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.should adopt a stable development strategy and a differentiated strategic direction,and formulates development strategies based on the specific actual situation of the company.At the same time,in order to achieve the company’s development planning goals,this paper has formulated development strategy implementation plans and guarantee measures for Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.The implementation of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.’s development strategy will be steadily advanced according to the time sequence of early,middle,and late stages.The implementation of the development strategy of Star Element Real Estate Co.,Ltd.is guaranteed from four aspects: funds,personnel,systems,and informatization,to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy...
