With the continuous deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,the demand and service structure of the rural financial market are undergoing earth-shaking changes.Large state-owned banks continue to sink into the rural financial market to carry out inclusive financial services,placing physical outlets and service personnel in rural areas.Year by year,market competition intensifies at the grassroots level of the financial market.The differentiation and personalization of customer needs are also increasing year by year.As a local financial institution,N Rural Commercial Bank is also gradually facing the pressure of lack of competitiveness and continuous loss of customers.How to achieve breakthrough in the rural financial market where competition is intensifying year by year.The key is to analyze the current marketing environment and formulate the actual situation.Marketing strategy,and through various effective measures to ensure the real implementation of the marketing strategy,so that the market share continues to increase.This is the primary problem that N Rural Commercial Bank is currently facing.Based on the theoretical research of grid marketing,this thesis adopts the methods of consulting literature and actual research,and using the data analysis model as the support to analyze in detail the current customer churn and marketing status of N Rural Commercial Bank,and uses the PEST method to analyze It is based on the guiding ideology of the grid marketing implementation plan of the line,and on the basis of determining the internal and external environment of grid marketing,combined with the SWOT analysis structure to elaborate the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of its current marketing strategy.The actual situation,and put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures accordingly.This thesis puts forward the goals of the implementation plan,and focuses on the steps of the grid marketing implementation plan of N Rural Commercial Bank,including grid division,visit marketing marking,marketing model design and data analysis.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the grid marketing plan,put forward three safeguard measures from the aspects of human resource allocation,performance guidance and process management.Finally,it draws the arguments of the necessity and feasibility of implementing grid marketing in the context of customer churn in N rural commercial bank.The research on the grid marketing system carried out in this thesis plays a role in optimizing the marketing of N Rural Commercial Bank under the background of customer loss,leading the transformation of the future development model,and also has reference and guiding significance for the development of other financial institutions.
