Research On The Optimization Of Profit Model Of YF Company From The Perspective Of Industrial Chain

The profit pattern plays a decisive role in the success or failure of an enterprise.The mature profit model is the commercial basis to ensure the sustainable profit of the environmental protection enterprises and promote the sustainable development of the environmental protection industry.Domestic environmental protection enterprises can continuously enhance their market competitiveness only by conforming to the development trend of the industry and continuously optimizing their own profit model.After early development,the domestic environmental protection industry has gradually formed an industrial chain in each market segment,showing strong policy orientation,high industry barriers and low industry concentration.The environmental sanitation industry chain is a typical representative of the domestic environmental protection industry chain.At present,an industrial system covering the production and R & D of upstream environmental sanitation products,the construction of midstream environmental sanitation projects and the operation of downstream environmental sanitation projects has been formed.In this paper,we focus on the research on the optimization of the profit model of environmental protection enterprises.Taking the environmental protection enterprise YF company as the research object,this paper analyzes the composition,characteristics and shortcomings of the profit model of YF company from the perspective of the whole environmental sanitation industry chain based on the upstream environmental sanitation equipment manufacturing,the midstream environmental sanitation project construction and the downstream environmental sanitation service operation.The results show that the current profit model of YF company can keep the company in a positive development,but still shows obvious weaknesses.It mainly focuses on uneven profit points caused by insufficient penetration of new markets,the unstable profit source caused by the change of industrial direction,the insufficient profit objects caused by the excessive dependence of related parties,the imbalance of profit leverage caused by the rapid expansion of the industry,and the impact of major business risks on the profit barrier.To solve the above problems,we should strengthen profit points,expand profit sources,enlarge profit leverage,expand profit objects and consolidate profit barriers from three aspects: upstream equipment manufacturing,midstream project construction and downstream operation services,so as to optimize the profit model.Starting with the improvement of the company’s management mode,the optimization of human resource management mode,the improvement of the information assurance system and the optimization of asset operation management,the measures to ensure the comprehensive implementation of the measures shall be taken,for perfecting the company’s management mode.This paper explores the selection,analysis and evaluation methods and ideas of profit models of environmental protection enterprises from the perspective of industrial chain,which can provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of profit models of other environmental protection enterprises.
