At present,China's Internet economy is developing rapidly,which has promoted the innovation of the supply side and unleashed the potential of the demand side.To achieve long-term development,traditional enterprises must change the original profit model and keep pace with the Internet era.Profit model refers to the process of an enterprise providing diversified services and products through the integration of its own resources and external resources in order to meet the needs of users.At the same time,it is also a process for enterprises to create profits and value through a series of value chain operations.Different type of enterprises will choose different value chain,some will expand the value chain to increase value,while others will link up the upstream and downstream of the value chain to form a more complete value network.UCAR combined the Internet with traditional automobile enterprises to create a new business model,and made the achievement,has the innovation significance and the research value.Therefore,this paper chooses UCAR as an example to study the profit model of “Internet Plus” enterprises to explore the feasible path of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in the Internet era.This paper uses the literature research method and case analysis method to analyze the profit model of UCAR at different development stages from the perspective of value chain.This paper also focuses on analyzing the components,operating effects and operating advantages of UCAR's profit model,and points out some notable problems.In the end,it summarizes UCAR's experience,which can provide reference for other enterprises to explore the new “Internet Plus” profit model.There are five parts in this paper.In the first part,the introduction introduces the research background and significance,reviews the literature on profit model at home and abroad,and explains the research ideas,methods and framework of this paper.The second part is a theoretical overview,including the profit model,value chain and profit model types of “Internet Plus” enterprises.The third part introduces the development history and business structure,analyzes the profit model types of UCAR in different life cycles and the five elements of value chain integrated profit model.After the transformation of profit model,the profit points,profit sources,profit leverage and profit objects of UCAR increase,and the profit barrier became unique.The fourth part is the effect analysis and evaluation of UCAR's existing profit model,which is analyzed from the perspectives of financial indicators and non-financial indicators.After the transformation of the profit model,UCAR has realized the improvement of profitability,growth ability,debt paying ability and innovation ability,but its operating capacity still needs to be improved.The advantage of UCAR's profit model is that its business is located in the whole industry chain,it also has a large number of data information and a wide range of offline stores.However,there are also some problems worth paying attention to,such as deep related transactions and asset-heavy business model.The fifth part is summary,which summarizes the experience and enlightenment of profit model of UCAR.During the years of development,UCAR has gradually formed the existing profit model.UCAR has formed its own unique competitive advantage through the construction of a complete value chain,technological and model innovation.The business synergies of UCAR bring the advantages of cost reduction and benefit enhancement,as well as some challenges.As a unique “Internet Plus” enterprise in the automotive industry,UCAR's exploration of profit model can bring many inspirations to other enterprises that want to seek innovation.The key of “Internet Plus” enterprise lies in convergence.The strong connection characteristic of Internet can combine various industries and businesses.Enterprises can transform operation mode and expand business scope to serve target customers.Building a value chain integrated profit model with the help of the Internet can help enterprises establish a complete platform ecosystem.A good profit model can promote the development of enterprises,increase profit points and profit sources,and realize the improvement of various capabilities.The core resource of “Internet Plus” enterprises is data.Enterprises should make full use of resource advantages to promote the development of more related businesses in the industry value chain.Then the enterprise can broaden the profit channel and promote the development of the industry.
