Research On Influencing Factors Of Migrant Workers’ Willingness To Return Home And Start Their Own Businesses Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization In Mianyang City

The Party’s 20 th National Congress once again proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and comprehensively build a modern socialist country.The most arduous and onerous task is still in the countryside.We should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,accelerate efforts to build China into an agricultural powerhouse,and take solid steps to revitalize rural industries,human resources,culture,ecology,and organizations.We should develop industries with rural characteristics,expand the channels for farmers to get rich and increase their incomes,and take the road of rural entrepreneurship and development well.Migrant workers are an important part of the returning entrepreneurial force.In order to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,the government should build a nest to attract the phoenix,strengthen the theoretical research on entrepreneurship policies,support and guide migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses,so as to stimulate the endogenous power of rural areas.The return of migrant workers to their hometowns to start their own businesses has an effective effect on the revitalization of rural areas,forming an effective push from the five levels of industrial prosperity,ecological livable,rural culture civilization,effective governance and rich life,so as to better promote the development of rural industries,attach importance to the value of ecological economy,cultivate a good social atmosphere,optimize the entrepreneurial development mode and improve farmers’ economic income.In this paper,the willingness of migrant workers to return home to start businesses in Mianyang city is taken as the research object,guided by human capital theory,population flow theory,social capital theory and entrepreneurship theory.By reading relevant literature,collecting questionnaires and interview data,the problems of migrant workers returning home to start businesses in Mianyang City are summarized :(1)The environmental conditions need to be optimized,and the corresponding software and hardware infrastructure,entrepreneurship publicity atmosphere and the construction of entrepreneurship professional platform team need to be improved and strengthened;(2)The human conditions need to be improved.The cooperation modes and types of migrant workers and professional skilled talents are not well matched,and the channels for expanding human relations are relatively simple;(3)The understanding degree of entrepreneurship policy is low,migrant workers lack effective ways to understand the entrepreneurship policy,and can not timely grasp the relevant information of entrepreneurship;(4)Individual ability needs to be improved,migrant workers have low professional technology and skill proficiency,have not formed an effective learning system,lack of entrepreneurial enthusiasm;(5)Family cognitive ability is weak,migrant workers’ family members have a big gap in cognition and understanding of entrepreneurship,and it is difficult to form a unified view.Based on the research results of relevant researchers on the influencing factors of migrant workers’ willingness to go back to their hometowns to start businesses,and combined with the characteristics of migrant workers’ willingness to go back to their hometowns to start businesses in Mianyang city,the representative influencing factors were found out,and the methods of difference test,multiple linear regression and interactive analysis were used to make an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of migrant workers’ willingness to go back to their hometowns to start businesses in Mianyang City under the background of rural revitalization.The results show that Under the background of rural revitalization,the factors influencing the willingness of migrant workers to return home and start businesses in Mianyang City were respectively entrepreneurship policy(0.281),environmental conditions(0.251),human conditions(0.216),personal factors(0.194),family factors(0.144),education level(0.121)and gender(-0.138).Among them,gender has a negative correlation.The marital status(p=0.367)and age(p=0.827)had no influence on the willingness of migrant workers to return home and start businesses.According to the results of empirical analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward :(1)Optimize the business environment for entrepreneurship;(2)Matching entrepreneurial manpower conditions;(3)Improve the strength of entrepreneurship policies;(4)Improve individual entrepreneurial ability;(5)Implementing family entrepreneurship services.
