The Research On The Influencing Factors Of The New Generation Of Rural Migrant Workers' Willingness To Return To Home For Entrepreneurship In Huarong County

With the gradual acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,due to the large number of young and middle-aged migrant workers,the rural population is aging,which is not conducive to long-term rural economic development.Returning home business is getting more and more attention from all walks of life.For the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses from ordinary workers to entrepreneurs,it constitutes a benign interactive pattern of stimulating local employment through entrepreneurial activities and promoting entrepreneurship through employment,which plays an important role in the realization of rural social and economic development.With the deepening of China's migrant workers' return to home entrepreneurship policy,effectively alleviating the local"three agricultural problems",driving local economic vitality and creativity,which shows that stimulating the new generation of migrant workers return to home business willingness and enthusiasm is to promote rural economic development has a milestone significance.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns,describes the connotation and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,and analyzes the impact of the new generation of migrant workers returning to their hometowns from six aspects.The factors are analyzed in detail,including government support,business environment,financial support,risk taking,social capital,and entrepreneurial opportunities.Secondly,the research on the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Huarong County,Hunan Province,objectively pointed out that Huarong County's venture financing is still difficult,serious population loss,regional economic development needs to be improved,insufficient policy support and poor social capital.Then,based on the new generation of migrant workers in Huarong County,Yueyang City,Hunan Province,this paper uses SPSS25.0 software to systematically analyze the survey samples.The empirical results show that the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to return home and start businesses has a certain positive correlation with the five factors.Among them,financial support(0.155),risk-taking(0.150),entrepreneurial opportunities(0.141),government support(0.140),social capital(0.131)and business environment(0.104)are the most influential factors.Finally,through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the new generation of migrant workers' willingness to return home to start their own businesses:to enhance the diversification of financing channels,improve government policies,provide corresponding institutional safeguards,optimize business environment,enhance regional influence,encourage innovation,respect the cultural atmosphere of entrepreneurship,and focus on the accumulation of entrepreneurial experience.
