Analysis On The Willingness And Its Influencing Factors Of The Urban Elder To The Rural Areas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Population aging is a huge challenge faced by social development.From the perspective of the city,the economy of the elderly in the city is relatively free.Under the current home-based pension model,it cannot fully meet the multi-level,diversified and multi-dimensional needs of the elderly in the city.In the new era,the rural revitalization strategy,the upgrading of rural old-age care industry and services,the development of rural characteristic tourism resources,and the establishment of rural complex integrating creativity and farming experience not only provide new old-age care experience for the rural elderly,but also attract the attention of the urban elderly who have a higher pursuit of later life.Rural old-age care has gradually become a new choice for the urban elderly.Rural pension for the urban elderly can not only promote the development of rural economy,improve rural pension services,and build a complete rural pension industry,but also meet the diversified needs of the urban elderly pension,relieve the pressure of urban pension,promote win-win cooperation and integrated development between urban and rural areas,and promote the emergence of a new situation between urban and rural areas.Based on this,this paper studies the willingness and influencing factors of the elderly to provide for the rural pension in Bengbu city,explores the awareness and preference of the urban elderly to provide for the rural pension,and understands the influencing factors of the urban elderly to provide for the rural pension in order to attract the urban elderly to provide for the rural pension and promote the development of urban and rural areas.Firstly,this paper reviews domestic and foreign literature to understand the current research status and shortcomings of rural old-age care,summarizes the research ideas of this paper,defines the concepts of rural revitalization and rural old-age care for the urban elderly,and determines the theoretical basis of the research,which are respectively rural value theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and healthy aging theory.Secondly,questionnaire survey is conducted for urban elderly aged over 60 in Bengbu city,statistical analysis is used to present the current situation of rural old-age care in Bengbu city,and explain the basic situation of rural old-age care of urban elderly such as personal characteristics,rural experience impression,recognition and preference.Thirdly,based on the questionnaire survey data,the paper uses the binary Logistics regression analysis method to explore the influencing factors of the urban elderly’s willingness to care for the elderly in rural areas and analyzes the results.Finally,based on the analysis of the influence factors of rural old-age care for the urban elderly,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote urban-rural cooperation and attract more urban elderly to choose rural old-age care.The results show that the urban elderly tend to prefer the rural areas closer to their regular residence when they choose the countryside for the aged.Travel preference with companions;Generally stay in the country for about half a month,travel in spring,summer,autumn three seasons;Accommodation pursuit of high cost performance;The services needed for the elderly in rural areas are mainly medical and health care and shuttle bus service.The variables affecting the willingness of the urban elderly to care for the elderly in rural areas are age and health status in individual characteristics,rural environment factors,rural infrastructure and supporting facilities construction factors and rural external policy factors.According to the empirical results,in order to improve the willingness of the urban elderly to choose the rural old-age care,it make the following suggestions: Improve the rural old-age service system to attract the elderly of different levels.Protect the rural natural environment,enrich the rural cultural connotation;Improve rural infrastructure and supporting facilities,improve the convenience of life;Strengthen social policy support,encourage the urban elderly to choose rural pension and grasp the urban elderly rural pension preference,to meet the needs of pension services.
