| Since the outbreak of COVID-19,China’s wine industry has faced unprecedented challenges.Wine consumption and cultural tourism have shrunk,industrial supply chain has been impacted,and the survival pressure of wine enterprises and industrial chain has been increased.In this context,the formulation of appropriate financial strategies to ensure the rational use and scientific distribution of capital resources is an effective measure to guarantee the sustainable development of wine enterprises.If the company’s financial strategy is not reasonable,the company will face a variety of business risks,and may even cause the industry’s malignant development.Therefore,in the complex and changeable environment,how to use effective financial strategies for high-level management to resist macro environmental risks has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper selects two representative wine enterprises as the research object,namely Z company and M company.First,compare their financial strategies from the perspectives of investment,financing and dividend distribution.Then,based on the perspective of financial strategy,the performance evaluation system was established,and the gray correlation analysis(GRA)was used to comprehensively evaluate the financial performance of the two companies.It was concluded that the epidemic might affect the performance of the two companies and that M company’s ability to deal with risks was weaker than Z company’s.Finally,through the construction of financial strategy matrix,it is found that in terms of cash situation,Z company has abundant funds as a whole and can adjust its strategy in time even if there is a gap.While M company periodic cash shortage frequently.In terms of value creation,Z company has almost realized the increase of shareholder wealth in the past ten years,while M company has been reducing value.On the whole,M company’s financial strategy lacks rationality and effectiveness,and it needs to learn from Z company and draw on its excellent experience to promote its sustainable development. |
