In recent years,the financial environment of our country is constantly changing.The banking industry has turned from seller’s market to buyer’s market which is led by customers.Facing the fierce market competition pressure,banks continue to develop new customers while maintaining existing customers.Key customers,who generate nearly 80%of the bank’s revenue,are the main source of profits for each bank.Therefore,the key customer relationship management has become the focus of the banking industry.This study runs through the whole process of customer management,combined with specific case analysis,in-depth study of the key customer management mode of grassroots banks,emphasis on customer growth,to create a win-win situation between banks and enterprises,and enrich the application of marketing in the financial field has a certain significance.This paper selects NQ County Rural Credit Cooperative Union(hereinafter referred to as NQ County Cooperative Union)as the research object,and conducts comprehensive research methods such as literature research,case analysis,field research,and comparative research within the theoretical framework of key customer relationship management.Firstly,clarify the background and significance of the topic selection,analyze the research status,basic theories,and technical routes at home and abroad,and construct an evaluation index system for the ability of commercial banks to manage key customer relationships.Then,use the AHP to analyze and evaluate the basic situation of NQ County Cooperative Union.Then,combined with the experience of other commercial banks in managing key customer relationships,propose the problems that NQ County Cooperative Union faces in managing key customer relationships,And propose solutions.Under the framework of key customer relationship management,analyze from three aspects: optimizing customer acquisition methods,improving customer loyalty through various measures,and improving the effectiveness of customer interaction in multiple aspects,and propose strategies to optimize NQ County Credit Cooperative in key customer management.I hope that through the case analysis and research in this paper,it can provide reference for the research on major customer relationship management of financial institutions in the same industry,especially grassroots rural credit cooperatives,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the transformation and optimization of customer structure of rural credit cooperative cooperatives.
