| With the rapid development of the domestic economy,Chinese enterprises,especially start-up enterprises,are facing more and more fierce competition.Enterprises to compete in the red sea to find a piece of their own blue ocean,we must attach importance to the development of talent,emphasis on talent management,attaches great importance to the enterprise performance management,but it is more important to find a suitable and enterprise performance management theory,find the best combination of enterprise’s practical and theoretical way,is the most important task of enterprises.YL Company is a state-owned garden industry company,which is different from other garden companies in the market.It focuses on municipal projects,has a large volume and relatively stable business.YL Company was founded only five years ago.Although it has built a performance management system,it almost directly copied the performance management model of the group headquarters.However,the level and business scope of the group are far from YL Company,so the existing performance management system is not suitable for YL Company.This article first analyzes YL company performance management present situation,then the use of two kinds of structured interview and questionnaire research tools,combining the theory of performance management of the existing research,and follow an inquisitive way about the present situation of performance management,dig up the intrinsic problems and causes of the roadblocks on the road to put forward the measures and strategies of cleaning,further modification and optimization.Finally,combined with the internal and external conditions of the enterprise,the optimization scheme of performance management system suitable for YL company’s current development is designed,hoping to provide a reference for other enterprises.This research subject is carried out according to the following four steps.First of all,the performance management theory related to the research content of this paper is clearly elaborated,the commonly used performance management evaluation methods are elaborated and compared,and the operation process of performance management is introduced in detail.Also introduces a concept-performance management "three four five model",and describes its origin and components.Secondly,on the basis of the"three-four-five model" of performance management and combined with relevant theoretical research,the content of visits and questionnaires were designed to analyze and diagnose the current situation of YL performance management in the form of structured interview and questionnaire survey,aiming to explore the existing problems of performance management and trace back to the source.Thirdly,it is necessary to take YL company’s organization strategy,enterprise nature,development stage of organization structure,characteristics of human resources and other factors into consideration.The scheme is optimized from the process of performance management to form a smooth PDCA.Especially,the KPI performance evaluation index system based on the MBO guideline is constructed,which is divided into three levels:company,department and employee.Finally,in order to ensure that the performance management system optimization scheme can be effectively implemented,and can achieve significant improvement effect,the corresponding supporting safeguard measures are formulated.From the aspects of performance management process and performance management system,the relevant system safeguard measures are put forward to ensure that there is recognition and support from the top to the bottom in the implementation process,timely find the problems in the implementation process,timely correction. |
