| Currently,private enterprises play an important role in China’s economic development.With the continuous development of enterprises,diversification has become an important measure for their further development,effectively promoting the scale of enterprises.At the same time,in the process of diversified development of private enterprises,there are also some negative phenomena,such as excessive cross-border blind development,pursuit of short-term benefits,strong speculative psychology,and lack of overall planning,which are extremely detrimental to the development of enterprises.How to implement diversified strategies,enhance competitiveness,and expand profit space is the content that private enterprises need to pay attention to.This article is based on the theory of diversification and takes Sichuan K Group as the case object.It interprets the development history and current situation of diversified business of Sichuan K Group,analyzes the problems it faces in diversified development,and deeply analyzes its internal and external environment,resource capabilities,and proposes a diversified strategic plan for Sichuan K Group based on PEST,Five Forces Model,and Factor Evaluation Matrix,Thus proposing suggestions for improving its diversification strategy.The research conclusion indicates that,overall,Sichuan K Group has experienced dispersed business development and slower profit growth in the process of diversified development;Low organizational collaboration efficiency and loose organizational structure;Lack of a systematic talent cultivation management system;Limited financing channels and methods.Further,this article constructs a SWOT-AHP strategic hierarchy analysis model to analyze various business strategies and evaluate strategic choices.Based on the evaluation results of strategic plans,it proposes improvement measures for Sichuan K Group’s diversified strategy: firstly,reduce the real estate business sector(WT strategy)and innovate around segmented markets;Secondly,increase investment in the textile sector(SO strategy),increase investment in designated areas in Africa,and absorb local resources for growth and development.Thirdly,stabilize the growth of the agricultural sector(WO strategy),expand consumer business,and increase market share;Fourthly,the medical business sector implements a specialized and precise investment(ST strategy),with investment direction shifting to the specialized medical field;At the same time,in order to strengthen the implementation of diversified strategies,a strategic implementation path and strategic guarantee measures have been proposed to promote the development of Sichuan K Group.The research conclusion provides some inspiration and reference for the implementation of diversified strategies in private enterprises. |
