Since the late 1990 s,with the promotion of network construction by many countries’ governments,classified information websites have emerged.With the rapid development of the internet and mobile communications,these websites have made significant progress in China,gradually becoming important platforms for information dissemination and exchange.These platforms,with their comprehensive and diversified services and convenient user experience,have greatly facilitated people’s daily lives and also brought enormous business opportunities for relevant enterprises.However,with the intensification of industry competition and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,classified information enterprises face many challenges.The subject of this study,Company B,is an 18-year-old internet company.As a major provider of classified information,it has been vigorously developing its channel distribution since 2015.Although it has achieved some results,it also faces certain challenges.This paper,through an in-depth study of Company B’s marketing channels for classified information products,reveals the existing problems and proposes effective channel optimization strategies and safeguarding measures.First,the paper uses literature analysis to sort out domestic and foreign channel theories,providing a theoretical basis for the research.Then,using system analysis and empirical analysis,it deeply dissects the current state of Company B’s marketing channels,revealing the problems in the company’s channels,including issues in agent recruitment,training systems,salary incentive systems,and the decision-making level’s understanding and management of channels.To solve these problems,the paper proposes a series of targeted optimization strategies,including optimizing agent recruitment strategies,improving agent training systems,optimizing channel personnel salary incentive systems,and enhancing the decision-making level’s understanding and management of channels.To ensure the effective implementation of optimization strategies,the paper also proposes measures such as strengthening the organizational structure and channel team building,implementing channel data monitoring and analysis mechanisms,shaping a positive corporate culture and values,managing and resolving channel conflicts,and strengthening technological innovation.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results and conducts a forward-looking analysis of the future development trends of Company B and the entire internet classified information industry.Through an in-depth study of Company B’s classified information product marketing channels,this paper aims to enrich the channel theory of the internet classified information industry,improve Company B’s channel management level,and enhance its market competitiveness.In addition,the research results can also provide references and lessons for other companies in the same industry to promote the development of the entire industry.
