Research On The Phenomenon Of "Technical Incomplete" In Process Technological Innovation

Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for a country’s progress,and technological innovation is the key to high-quality social development.Because of the innovation and development of technology,the life of human beings has undergone earth-shaking changes.While technology brings rich life to human beings,it also highlights its negative effects.Due to the lack of ultimate concern for products at the beginning of technological innovation design,whether the materials used in products are green and biodegradable is not considered,which increases the burden on the environment;The lack of market feedback in the process of technological innovation leads to the product can not be better revised and upgraded;If the product is not properly disposed after the end of its life cycle,it will do harm to the environment.The negative impact of the phenomenon of "technical imperfection" in the process of technological innovation on the natural environment is a problem that we urgently need to care about and solve.A large number of decomposable "white garbage" and "greenhouse effect" are increasing year by year,and abandoned technical products that are arbitrarily disposed and buried and cannot be decomposed have done incalculable harm to the natural environment.This is due to the unclear responsibilities of relevant stakeholders,unequal information,lack of linkage,interest-driven and inadequate supervision in the process of technological innovation,which leads to the failure to form an ecological,complete and recyclable benign development process.Technological innovation is a process,not only the innovation of technological invention,technological transformation and R&D,but also the process from R&D,production,entering the market,market feedback,and then the product exiting the market,in which there will be institutional innovation,marketing innovation and management innovation,etc.,which is a complete process.However,driven by interests,people’s lack of sense of responsibility,the unbalanced development of each link in the process of technological innovation,and the process of technological innovation has not formed a complete and perfect process,which has led to the phenomenon of "technical incompleteness".This phenomenon can be shown as follows: R&D designers lack the ultimate care of products at the beginning of product R&D design;The lack of market feedback in technological innovation;The lack of effective disposal after the end of product life cycle has a far-reaching negative impact on human living environment.All the negative effects of technology,if not treated,will eventually fall into someone’s backyard.At present,these negative effects can not be ignored.There are many reasons for the phenomenon of "technical imperfection" in the process of technological innovation,the two main ones are: first,how to balance responsibilities and dialogue among the subjects involved in technological innovation,and second,how to coordinate development in all aspects of the innovation process.On the one hand,the responsibility of each subject of technological innovation is lacking.As the main body of technological innovation,enterprises,driven by interests,speed up the upgrading of technological products and create profits quickly;On the other hand,the unbalanced development process of process technological innovation,the neglect of the "end" disposal of innovation in the R&D and production stages of technological innovation,and the lack of government social governance,and the weak feedback consciousness of consumers have not made the innovation process form a complete closed loop,which has led to the emergence of the phenomenon of "technical imperfection" in the process of technological innovation.How to make the process technological innovation develop completely? In recent years,the development concept originated from western countries: Responsible innovation(RI)has injected new blood into the development of innovation and technology,and also brought new methodology for the perfect development of technological innovation.Responsible innovation is also called responsible research and innovation(RRI).Responsible innovation is an open,transparent and interactive innovation process in which multiple subjects participate,pay attention to expected governance,and pay attention to the future of the collective.At the beginning of design,stakeholders should participate and follow the governance all the time.The combination of responsible innovation and process technological innovation has injected new "blood" into improving the balanced development of all links in technological innovation.Responsible process technological innovation requires the responsibility of all relevant subjects in the process of innovation,each subject should have consistent social values,be morally acceptable,and consider the intergenerational fairness of innovation and the sustainable development of society;Responsible process technological innovation is a technological innovation process whose ultimate goal is to ensure that research and creativity can be better transformed into productivity and increase the value of products,and to balance the innovation process with full consideration of environmental protection and meeting people’s living needs.In the ultimate care of products,we should play a responsible and innovative role in recycling and disposal,and realize professional recycling,ecological disposal and efficient reuse of products.This paper clarifies the phenomenon of "technical imperfection" in process technological innovation,explores its causes,combines the concept of responsible innovation with process technological innovation,balances the process of technological innovation,regulates the responsibilities of each subject,and pays attention to the ultimate concern of products.The purpose is to arouse people’s awareness of the protection of the natural environment on which they live,to return to the essence of technological innovation,and not to forget that the ultimate goal of technology is to benefit mankind,not to be a tool trapped by interests,and to try to explore a road of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
