| The rapid popularization of various information technologies in recent years has led to rapid changes in contemporary social life,making our work and life increasingly dependent on mobile communication.We Chat,Weibo and other social software occupy a large amount of time in daily work and life.Fast,efficient and convenient become synonymous with mobile communication.Due to work pressure and promotion requirements,there is an increasing number of employees in enterprises who use their time after work to communicate with their work units through mobile communication,resulting in the mutual penetration between work and family has become a normal situation.The gradual loss of the border control makes employees still in a state of mental tension and stress during non-working hours,which will have a negative impact on their emotional experience,and then lead to job burnout.The negative effects of job burnout are mainly reflected in three aspects.On the personal side,it will make individuals suffer from invisible oppression and impact,burden physical and mental health,and affect the storage and recovery of resources consumed by individuals physically and mentally.From the organizational level,individuals will bring emotions into the work of the organization,resulting in the flow of personnel and loss of motivation in the operation of the organization,increasing the management and transaction costs of the organization.At the family level,individuals will bring such negative emotions into the family,resulting in the escalation of conflicts between work and family,and affecting the harmony of work and family life.This study takes the current domestic organizational management context as the background,introduces the conservation of resources theory and the work-family boundary theory,adds the border control as the mediator,and the organizational support as the moderator,and constructs a moderated intermediary model to seek the changes in the degree of job burnout of enterprise employees under the influence of work connectivity behavior after-hours.It not only has important theoretical value for the operation and management of the company,but also has important practical significance for the physical and mental health and sustainable development of employees.This study distributed questionnaires to full-time employees in different regions and industries.Since the distribution period is during the COVID-19 epidemic,the online distribution is mainly supplemented by offline distribution.Then used SPSS24.0 and AMOS25.0 to conduct empirical analysis on 389 valid data collected.The results are shown below:(1)work connectivity behavior after-hours significantly influenced job burnout;(2)border control mediated the effect of work connectivity behavior on job burnout;(3)organizational support moderates the relationship between perceptions of boundary control and burnout of corporate employees;(4)organizational support moderated the effect of work connectivity behavior on job burnout through border control.Based on the above findings,this study demonstrates the impact among work connectivity behavior,border control,organizational support,and job burnout,in order to provide valuable data and theoretical reference for enterprise managers and employees.At the individual level,provide theoretical basis for individuals to effectively manage their own work-family boundaries and maintain physical and mental health;At the enterprise level,it provides practical suggestions for enterprises to develop plans to improve the enthusiasm and satisfaction of employees and improve the level of organizational performance. |
