| The problem of poverty has a long history,and it has become an unignorable obstaclon the way forward of all countries.Facing the increasingly serious poverty problem,our country has also started the road of poverty management early.From the early aid help to the current development help,to the precise help advocated by the new government,the implementation of these assistance measures has done a significant contributions to resolving the problem of poverty.Along with the intensifying understanding of poverty,the way of poverty management is also constantly optimized,and the quality,precision and accuracy of poverty alleviation are also constantly improved.China has successfully entered a moderately prosperous society in 2020,which has completely eliminated the absolute poverty problem that has existed for many years,realized all the poor people and villages under the current standard of poverty alleviation,and achieved success in poverty alleviation.But this doesn’t mean that there will no longer be poverty problem in our country in a well-off society.Poverty will become more complex,more hidden and more plural.Due to the vulnerability of farmers who have gotten rid of poverty.How to strengthen the achievements of overcome poverty will be the key to rural poverty governance,and the primary task of strengthening the achievements of overcome poverty is to guard against the return of poverty relief farmers.Based on this background,this article discusses the sustainable livelihood of the poverty relief farmers,which can not only provide strategic help for the poverty-stricken farmers,but also provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of poverty-stricken farmers.At the same time,it has plays an important and positive role in strengthening the achievements of lifted out of poverty and avoiding poverty return of peasant household,laying a firm and orderly cornerstone for the afterward rural develop vigorously strategy.This article takes countryside peasant household out of poverty as the object of study and extracts A town of Luohe city in Henan Province as the research domain.An index evaluation system is constructed for the livelihood capital of poverty-stricken farmers based on reference to previous research experience of scholars and field conditions.Through field investigation and questionnaire survey,relevant data were obtained,and entropy method was used to measure the livelihood capital.The study concluded that:(1)The overall level of sustainable livelihood capital of poverty peasant household is not high,and is at a medium and low level.(2)Human capital,financial capital and social capital account for a large proportion of the five major livelihood capital,and the difference is obvious,which is an important factor affecting the sustainable livelihood of poverty-stricken farmers.(3)Through descriptive statistical analysis,it is found that poor health and low skill level of labor force exist in the aspect of human capital.In terms of financial capital,there are problems such as single source of income,insufficient household financial reserve and low enthusiasm for financial loans.In terms of social capital,there is the problem of narrow social support network.At the end,the article makes efforts to elevate the level of human capital,expand the reserve of financial capital,and build social support networks to increase the stock of livelihood capital of poverty-stricken farmers,hoist the sustainability of livelihood,and enhance the stability of the life of poverty-stricken farmers. |
