Poverty has been the focus of Government concern for the sustainable development of the population,the Central Committee of the national economic and social development objectives of the 13th five-year plan referred to in 2020 under current standards(2300)realization of the rural poor out of poverty,poor counties all pick hat,addressing regional poverty as a whole.Using DFID sustainable livelihoods framework presented in this paper,the object was identified as the sustainable livelihood of farmers live in resettlement area of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Article begins to research the background,significance and so do the detailed introduction.And then tells the story of literature research.Analysis of the resettlement area farmers different income levels and region and household income during the same period;a living capital indicators in different period of change;change and subsistence pattern and for the satisfaction of existing life.According to the resettlement area farmers ’ indicators of descriptive statistics found problems in sustainable livelihoods,established a sustainable livelihood as explanatory variables in Multivariate regression models,the main reason analysis on sustainable livelihoods,or the main factors that influence the sustainable livelihoods.Regression results,5 kinds of livelihood capitals are significant factors for sustainable livelihoods,but differences in impact;of relocatees’livelihood strategies in some degree affect sustainable livelihoods for farmers.Finally,according to the existing problems,causes of,theoretically sustainable livelihood patterns are discussed.Draw conclusions on sustainable livelihood of resettlement area farmers,and give feasible suggestions.
