Research On Optimization Of H Enterprise Project Cost Management Based On Business Intelligence

The market share of small and medium-sized software enterprises can not be underestimated.In software and Internet-related industries,the cost management,cost control and cost accounting of software projects can directly affect the growth trend of enterprise net profit.Enterprise project cost management based on business intelligence needs to start with the actual economic development and restrictive conditions of small and medium-sized software enterprises,and timely build a scientific and reasonable cost management and control model.As for H enterprise,its main business field is concentrated in the Internet industry,and it can effectively integrate some MIS system and related software development projects of the integration system.However,the project cost management method is extensive,which is easy to cause adverse consequences such as excessive deviation value of the cost budgeting scheme.Thus,H enterprise’s lean cost management efficiency and market core competitiveness will be affected.The optimization path of enterprise project cost management based on business intelligence needs to focus on the gradual optimization of data analysis methods,so as to provide more real and effective enterprise data information for financial managers.This thesis uses BI system of business intelligence and data analysis technology to build the project cost management system of H enterprise based on business intelligence,and conducts in-depth discussion and analysis from the basic system framework,data mining and cost estimation,online analysis processing and cost management and other dimensions.This thesis takes a software project of H enterprise as the research and analysis object.After applying activity-based costing method,target costing method and BI+ fuzzy neural network method,comparing with the original financial cost data,the management method proposed in this thesis significantly improves the efficiency of project cost estimation and control.However,dynamic management should be further coordinated with project management system,financial and business risk internal control mechanism and project implementation supervision mechanism.
