Research On Rural Tourism Land Supply In The New Era

Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,driven by national policies and consumer demand,rural tourism has shown a strong development momentum and huge market potential.Vigorously developing rural tourism is not only an effective choice to meet people’s desire for a better life,but also an important way to promote rural revitalization and rural agricultural modernization,and to achieve "strong agriculture,beautiful rural areas,and rich farmers".However,as a basic condition for the development of rural tourism,the problem of land supply has increasingly become a serious obstacle to the further development of rural tourism.Especially after the promulgation of the new 《Land Management Law》,there is a sharp contrast between the rigid regulations and the flexible land use demands of rural tourism.How to ensure the supply of land for rural tourism under the premise of reasonable compliance has become a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently,also needs to be further studied theoretically.This research adheres to the dual orientation of policy and problem,makes full use of property rights theory,supply and demand theory,utility theory,tourism destination life cycle theory,stakeholder theory and other multidisciplinary theories,as well as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,key interview method,statistical analysis method,etc.Using various research methods such as law,combined with investigation and empirical conclusions,it reveals and analyzes the difficulties and problems faced by rural tourism land supply in the new era,and proposes and constructs the path and model of effective rural tourism land supply.And on this basis,put forward the main countermeasures to optimize and enhance the supply of rural tourism land.The article specifically conducts research along the following lines:First of all,this paper discusses the concept and connotation of land supply,as well as the relationship with land use,based on the review and grasp of existing research,policies and regulations,and industrial status.Then,under the premise of grasping the new mission and new responsibility of rural tourism in the new era,an empirical study is carried out closely around the problem of rural tourism land supply.Specifically,a questionnaire was compiled from the four aspects of land supply cognition,attitude,status quo,and evaluation.The interview outline was designed from five directions: supply intensity,supply channel,supply ratio,supply stage and utilization status.Field investigations were carried out in four typical rural tourist attractions,Xiangpo,Wujiatai in Xuan’en County,Baique Mountain in Lichuan City,and Mulan Flower Township in Wuhan City.On the basis of fully understanding and grasping the current situation of rural tourism land supply,it is revealed and clearly pointed out that the rural tourism land supply in the new era is facing difficulties in five aspects: legal system,design,demand,procedure and utility.In order to further solve these dilemmas and achieve the core goal of high-efficiency rural tourism land supply,this paper,on the basis of summarizing and absorbing the practical experience of rural tourism land supply in my country,examines,adjusts and innovates existing paths and models,from the perspective of supply From the perspectives of main body,supply intensity and land use,it proposes four major land supply path options,including multi-synergy,scale augmentation,integration and intensification,and individual differences,as well as five major land supply modes,including circulation,sharing,open source,point-like,and integration.At the same time,the feasibility,universality and effectiveness of five land supply modes are systematically analyzed and discussed.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures on how to improve and optimize the supply of rural tourism land.That is to lead the thinking,improve the level of cognition;standardize the behavior,improve the system guarantee;planning guidance,coordinate effective supply;financial support,broaden the fundraising channels and supervision,promote both quality and efficiency.In order to bring useful reference and guidance for rural tourism land supply.
