And make it constitute a technology innovation system based on knowledge management. There are four modes in this system, including Selection of Enterprise Technology Innovation Mode Based on Knowledge Management Evaluation, Enterprise technology innovation culture mode based on knowledge management, Enterprise technology innovation achievements protection mode based on Intellectual Property Management and Enterprise Technological Innovation Diffusion Mode Based on Knowledge Management. The above four modes can make us fling away the outward forms of technology innovation in different phases, and understand in depth the knowledge essence of enterprise technology innovative work from the point of view of knowledge management. And make us have a better technological innovation.At the last, a case study of Yunnan copper zinc Industry Company limited was proposed to confirm the theory.
