| At present,the whole society is advocating to enter the era of digital economy.Digital work has entered the stage of digital innovation.By using cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.as the core digital technologies,the original business system is reconstructed and new productivity is created.Cloud computing technology is the shortest path to realize digital transformation,and it has become an inevitable trend for enterprises to migrate to the cloud.On the other hand,private cloud is safe,controllable and customizable.More enterprises choose to build private cloud,and private cloud is becoming an important technical starting point for digitalization.China Sports Lottery company’s private cloud is a cloud platform infrastructure built in its own data center to ensure data security and service quality of the sports lottery system,with a standardized,standardized,and elastically scalable cloud platform environment.The risk of private cloud projects is one of the inevitable problems in the process of building a private cloud platform.How to effectively carry out risk management and reduce the probability of risk occurrence is the focus and difficulty of project risk management work.It is necessary to start from the characteristics and requirements of private cloud project construction.Identify specific risk points and respond effectively.This paper takes the risk management of the private cloud project of China Sports Lottery Company as the research object.Aiming at the problem that the risk management is not paid attention to and standardized in the project management,based on the specific goal and practical tools in the CMMI risk management framework,a risk management process and mechanism for identification,assessment and response have been formed,a unified risk management library has been established,and the project risk management strategy has been improved.First,combine expert brainstorming and Delphi methods to identify various possible risk factors in the project and form a list of risk management databases.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a quantitative evaluation model of risk factors is established,the hierarchical structure and judgment matrix of risk factors are constructed,the single ranking weight of risk factors is calculated,and the total ranking of risk factors is obtained to find out the key risks of the project.Then,in view of the list of project risk management library,specific analysis was made on key risk items,and a detailed risk response and disposal plan was established to track and manage risks.Finally,risk mitigation and response management guarantee measures were proposed to improve the project risk management level and ensure the feasibility and success of project implementation. |
