| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that innovation is the first driving force to lead development,and enterprises,as the main body of scientific and technological innovation,in order to occupy more advantages in market competition and solve the cost,quality,cycle and other related problems in product development activities,need to improve the development system from the overall level and improve product development capabilities through the implementation of lean product development system.The paper focuses on ASSA ABLOY’s new product development system,finds the current problems,and combines lean thinking and lean product development theory related knowledge to build a lean R&D management system suitable for the characteristics of the enterprise to achieve high-quality development of the enterprise.The research first combed the domestic and foreign literature on lean thinking and its application in product development through the literature method,then summarized the current problems using the questionnaire survey method on the basis of describing the current situation of the new product development system of ASSA ABLOY,analyzed the necessity of lean new product development system,and finally designed the optimization scheme of the new product development system of ASSA ABLOY based on the lean theory.The research found that the new product development system of ASSA ABLOY still has problems such as unreasonable human resource management,poor product development quality control,poor communication between departments,long product development time span,low efficiency of R&D process,and inability to reuse R&D knowledge.Based on lean theory,specific optimization schemes are formulated from six aspects: personnel management,quality management,organization management,schedule management,process management and knowledge management.Specifically,in terms of personnel,it is necessary to improve the professional quality of all members of the project team,adjust the positioning of the New Product Management Department,clarify the rights and responsibilities of the project manager,and create a lean cultural environment;in terms of quality management,the lean quality management should be regarded as the guiding ideology.This can help form a quality system for the whole process,establish the month of highlighting quality and achieve other goals;In terms of organization and management,it is necessary to establish a project management team,optimize the project management responsibility statement,and develop a project management manual;In terms of schedule management,it is necessary to introduce the idea of parallel development,establish a flexible problem communication mechanism and a regular reporting mechanism;In terms of process management,it is necessary to establish a process reengineering team,draw up the overall framework of the process and analyze the main tasks of each stage of the process;In knowledge management,we should pay attention to knowledge reuse and improve the knowledge management system.At the same time,it needs to be guaranteed from three aspects: organization,system and fund.Through the research on the optimization of the new product development system of ASSA ABLOY company,it can help them to discover and effectively eliminate waste,so as to achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving capital turnover,so that enterprises can comprehensively discover their own problems,and help them timely discover and effectively solve the risks existing in product development.In this way,enterprises can occupy obvious advantages in the competitive market environment,timely and efficiently produce products that can meet the actual needs of customers,improve customer satisfaction,increase customer viscosity,and eventually occupy more shares in the market. |
