Nowadays, original equipment manufacturers face the existent crisis in global market economy. There is a realistic problem to advance the key capability and keep enterprise to develop forever. The thesis has studied the enterprise's new product development with system analysis and instance. Firstly, the thesis started with the theories of Lean-Thinking, and analyzed the pluses and minuses of Lean-Production. Lean-Development was educed from the key principles of Lean-Thinking at the thesis. Lean-Development is the effective countermeasure to improve development capability. The key competitiveness should develop efficiently new product and meet customer's demand. For this purpose, it is primary task to standard the process of new product development. The thesis defined Lean-Development strategy as the enterprise's crucial strategy.And then, the main implements and methods of electronic product manufactory were studied in detail at the thesis. Because of the different culture of each corporate, the new product development stage may be adopted different knowledge. The process of development is not only innovative but also complicated. Its principles is not unique, but be updated constantly along with the science and technology evolution. Therefore, the thesis integrated the theory of innovation and design of quality and simulation technology into new product development. The standard process of new product development can upgrade enterprise's key competitiveness. Design of quality is the implement that used in new product development stage. It can lay out the process standard and demand from new product development to manufacturing technique through analyzing and deploying customer's demand. They just find issues, whereas they can not propose solutions. The theory of innovation can support engineer to detect solutions. But risk exists during the process of researching technology at all times. The application of simulation technology can improve the quality of development and reduce the risk.At the end, an example is given to expatiate about the key steps of Lean-Development and cultivate the continuous improvement culture. The thesis provides valuable thought for those studying Lean-Development.
