| In recent years,with the continuous change of industrialization,aging population and ecological conditions,Chinese residents pay more attention to and demand for health.On this basis,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry has a huge potential market space,and the innovation and development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in the Chinese manufacturing industry towards the middle and high end.Our government attaches great importance to the innovation and development ability of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and provides many preferential policies for it.For pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,R&D and innovation is the core driving force for their development.However,under the multi-ticket system,the marketing channels of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises are extremely complex,leading to the possibility that enterprises may prefer to create value through marketing activities rather than innovative activities,which hinders the innovation vitality of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.At the end of 2016,the Medical Reform Office of The State Council,together with the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other eight departments jointly implemented the reform of the two-ticket system,which limited the multi-ticket and multi-link distribution of pharmaceutical products from pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises to medical institutions to two tickets at most,that is,only first-class distributors at most.While regulating the order of drug distribution,it also indirectly improved the innovation ability of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.Taking Zhifei Bio as an example,this paper studies the innovation ability of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises under the two-ticket system reform.First,on the basis of technology innovation theory,smile curve theory and signal transmission theory,this paper uses literature analysis to summarize the influencing factors of enterprise innovation ability,the evaluation index of innovation ability,the improvement of enterprise value by R&D investment and marketing investment,and the influence of the two-ticket system on the pharmaceutical industry.At the same time,it expounds the influence mechanism of the two-ticket system on the improvement of the innovation ability of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and innovation status quo of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,using the case analysis method,based on the 2015-2021 annual financial report and industry open data of Zhifei Bio,from three dimensions of innovation input,innovation output and innovation transformation ability,the innovation ability of Zhifei Bio under the background of two-vote system reform is studied.The research found that,under the background of the reform of the two-ticket system in the pharmaceutical industry,Zhifei Bio-continuously increases the investment of R&D funds and researchers,and the intangible assets,patents and other innovation achievements formed by the internal R&D of the enterprise increase significantly.At the same time,the innovation investment of the enterprise is gradually transformed into the improvement of its own profitability,and the innovation transformation ability is significantly enhanced.Based on the conclusion of the case study,this paper suggests that pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises should increase the investment in R&D activities,so as to promote the technological innovation of enterprises,and give overall consideration to the enterprise marketing and R&D investment,should not blindly expand the intensity of marketing activities,and enterprises should actively adapt to the policy trend to adjust their own development strategy. |
