Analysis Of Spatial And Temporal Differences In Measuring The Level Of Green Development Of Agriculture In Henan Province

Since the reform and opening up in the 1980 s,China’s comprehensive agricultural production capacity has increased significantly,however,the adoption of the "high input,high consumption,high pollution" model of sloppy management has led to serious agricultural surface pollution,reduced arable land strength,water scarcity and other problems,seriously affecting the quality of agricultural development.Therefore,it is imperative to comprehensively implement the resource-saving and environment-friendly agricultural green development model to realize quality and green agricultural development.Henan Province,as the core area of grain production in China,is responsible for ensuring food security and effective supply of important agricultural products.In the process of continuous improvement of agricultural development,there are still problems such as increasing pressure on agricultural resources and serious pollution of agricultural surface sources,therefore,it is urgent to promote the transformation of old and new dynamics of Henan agriculture and promote green agricultural development.In view of this background,it is important to measure the level of agricultural green development in Henan Province and the obstacle factors to promote the high-quality development of Henan agriculture.This paper takes the level of agricultural green development and its obstacle factors in Henan Province as the research object.Firstly,it composes and summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign literature,defines the concepts related to agricultural green development,analyzes and elaborates the theories of sustainable development and ecological economics;secondly,it analyzes the current situation of agricultural green development in Henan Province;again,based on the connotation of the concept of agricultural green development,it combines the actual agricultural development in Henan Province.Based on the concept of green agricultural development and the actual agricultural development in Henan Province,the evaluation index system of green agricultural development in Henan Province is constructed in four dimensions,namely,resource conservation,environment-friendly,efficient production and rural development,and the entropy value method and Moran index are used to measure and analyze the level of green agricultural development in Henan Province as a whole and in different cities from 2010 to 2020.Finally,the barrier degree model is used to investigate the factors that hinder the green development of agriculture in Henan Province and various cities,and to propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the green development of agriculture in Henan Province in combination with the research conclusions.The main findings are as follows: Firstly,the level of green agricultural development in Henan Province is decreasing and then steadily increasing,and the rate of increase is gradually accelerated,and the comprehensive score increases from0.303 in 2010 to 0.905 in 2020,and the development trend of each index is consistent with the green agricultural development in Henan Province.High efficiency > rural development;the overall level of agricultural green development in all cities and towns shows a gradual growth trend,but the development level is not high and the development gap is large;from the perspective of regional differences,the regional development of agricultural green development in Henan Province is uneven and the development differences are obvious,showing the characteristics of West Henan Province > North Henan Province > Central Henan Province > South Henan Province > East Henan Province;secondly,the agricultural green development in Henan Province shows a positive spatial correlation and The spatial pattern is relatively stable;third,the efficiency of resource conservation and utilization,the quality of environmental protection,and the low economic efficiency are the main obstacle factors hindering the green development of agriculture in Henan Province.Based on the conclusion of this study,five countermeasures are proposed from changing the concept of development,improving the efficiency of resource utilization,optimizing the ecological environment,improving economic benefits,and constructing coordination mechanisms to enhance the green development of agriculture in Henan Province and various cities.
