Research On The Driving Effect Of New Agricultural Management Entities On Small Farmers

The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the requirements of agricultural and rural modernization have brought unprecedented opportunities for cultivating and expanding the new type of agricultural management subjects.Meanwhile,the new type of agricultural management subjects have been entrusted with the important mission of promoting the effective connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.However,smallholders in our country have a long history of development.Whether new agricultural management subjects characterized by large-scale,intensification and organization can effectively promote peasant household development and which factors influencing drive,has become the hot issues that have attracted the scholars’ attention in the related fields.This thesis starts from three aspects of the new agricultural management subject’s own resource endowment conditions,cooperative relationship and government support,and reviews the development course of Chinese agricultural management subject in different periods on the basis of reading and combing the resource endowment theory,relational contract theory and Marxist cooperative economic theory.This thesis sorted out and improved questionnaires about the development of farmers driven by 266 new agricultural operating entities collected through field research,and conducted empirical analysis on the effect of survey objects driving the development of farmers according to the content of the questionnaires.SPSS.26.0 statistical software was used to conduct descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the data.Thus,it tests the influence of resource endowment,cooperative relationship,government support and other theoretical assumptions on farmers driven by new agricultural management entities.Based on the empirical analysis of 266 new agricultural operators driving farmers,the author found that the resource endowment,cooperative contract and government support of new agricultural operators had a significant positive correlation with the logarithm of the number of farmers driving farmers.Specifically,a new agricultural entity has sufficient capital,stable profits,membership in industry associations and certain patents,which can greatly promote it to lead more farmers.Agricultural business entities that have long-term cooperative relationship with customers,contract in written form and familiar relationship with customers also have more advantages in driving farmers.Business entities that apply for more financial support for agriculture and get help from multiple government departments can also play a better driving role.Therefore,the new agricultural management subject can start from improving its own management ability,extend and expand the customer chain to establish a stable cooperative relationship with it,and further play a good role in driving the bridge between small farmers and modern agriculture under the support of the government.To this end,this thesis puts forward the following policy suggestions: First of all,in the aspect of improving the management ability of new agricultural management subjects:(1)innovate the management mode and enhance the profitability;(2)Relying on association organizations to gather joint efforts for development;(3)Increase investment in research and development to improve product competitiveness.Secondly,in exploring long-term and stable cooperation mechanisms,we should:(1)deepen cooperation and trust mechanisms;(2)Improve the interest linkage mechanism;(3)Improve the risk compensation mechanism.Finally,in terms of increasing government support,we should:(1)accurately implement favorable agricultural policies;(2)Departments cooperate to promote development;(3)Foster a favorable business environment.
