With the continuous development of the Internet and intelligent devices,e-commerce and live broadcasting are organically integrated,and the era has entered the stage of "national live broadcasting".Combined with the low threshold for access to live streaming and the strong ability to realize cash,the field of live streaming e-commerce has become a competitive battlefield.Various companies also follow the trend,have begun to layout in the field of live broadcasting,opened the mode of live with goods.Y Company is an agricultural product processing enterprise in Shanxi Province.Faced with the challenges brought by the changes in the form of livestream,Y Company attaches more and more importance to the significance of livestream business in enterprise operation and starts the e-commerce business of livestream.However,many problems exist in its business,which become one of the factors restricting its further development.By sorting out and improving all links of Y Company’s live streaming e-commerce business process,we can help the enterprise to gain a firm foothold in the field of live streaming e-commerce.This paper takes Y Company as the research object.Through the actual investigation of the product characteristics and the current situation of the live streaming business of Y company,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the live streaming e-commerce business process of Y company and elaborates the reasons in detail,so as to better solve the problems.It is found that the problems in the livestream delivery business mainly focus on four aspects: the gap between the effect and expectation of livestream,low efficiency,lack of product feedback mechanism,and insufficient customer maintenance.The specific reasons for the problems are analyzed from five aspects: human resources,livestream equipment management,on-site management of livestream,operation methods,and commodity management.Then,ECRS was used to put forward optimization measures from human resources,live broadcast equipment management,live broadcast site management,operation methods,commodity management,optimize the process,and present the results and flow charts of the optimized process.Finally,safeguard measures are proposed from three aspects: improving the organizational structure of the live streaming e-commerce team,enhancing the awareness of institutionalized management of the whole company,and building a sound information system,so as to help enterprises improve continuously.This paper is of practical value to Y Company’s live-streaming e-commerce business and provides reference and help for the optimization of the live-streaming e-commerce business process of relevant enterprises in the future.
