| Since the inception of the online live broadcasting industry,the number of domestic online live broadcasting platforms has grown in a spurt,and as one of the most popular social methods at present,the online live broadcasting industry has great value behind it.However,due to its short overall development time,the early online live broadcasting business model has never been able to get rid of the fatal shortcoming of serious homogenization.With the listing of "Huya Live" and the closure of "Panda Live",people in the industry have gradually realized the importance of different business models for the development of enterprises,so this paper hopes to study the impact relationship between business models and enterprise value through the Huya platform as an example,and provide development suggestions for related enterprises.Taking the "live broadcast +" business model of Huya platform as the core point,combined with the theory related to business model and enterprise value,this paper deeply analyzes the "live broadcast +" business model based on the "Weizhu sixelement business model",establishes the influence mechanism of the business model and enterprise value of the game live broadcast platform,and then analyzes the relevant financial indicators and estimates the enterprise value of the Huya platform over the years according to the DEVA model revised according to the characteristics of the online live broadcasting industry,and explores the impact effect of the "live broadcast+" business model on the enterprise value.Through data analysis and calculation,it is found that the "live broadcast +" business model has the characteristics of being easily imitated,so it can only have a positive role in promoting the value of the enterprise in the short term,and the platform must make continuous improvements on the basis of the "live +" model if it wants to achieve the sustained and stable growth of enterprise value. |
