Research On The Development Strategy Of Microsensor Company

The Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Special Committee for Strategic Consultation on the Construction of China’s Manufacturing Power announced in Beijing that the development index of China’s manufacturing power increased from105.78 to 116.02,indicating a stable and positive overall development trend of China’s manufacturing industry.Although China is still in the third array of global manufacturing industries,the gap between China and the first and second arrays is constantly narrowing,and China is advancing its development in accordance with predetermined goals.At present,China is in the process of transforming from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing industrial power.With the strong promotion of Made in China 2025 and the Internet+Action Plan,the unique position of the sensor technology industry as an information acquisition unit has become increasingly prominent.The technological level and large-scale development of China’s sensor industry,represented by pressure,temperature,and flow,are still relatively low.The vast majority of sensor related technologies rely on major foreign manufacturers,especially high-end use needs that heavily rely on overseas imports,with sensor chips accounting for about 90% of imports from abroad.Therefore,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China has issued a series of relevant policies,documents and supporting measures to support the accelerated development of sensors.Next,the management departments of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will also identify major bottlenecks and weaknesses that constrain the further development of China’s sensor industry structure,including the basic status quo and problems in various application fields,clarify the strategies and priorities for the development of China’s sensor related industries,and propose further specific adjustment policies and measures.As a representative of the sensor industry,Microsensor Company can provide constructive suggestions and opinions for the development of the sensor industry through strategic research to address the development strategy of multiple sensors throughout the entire industry chain.Based on relevant strategic management knowledge as a theoretical framework,this article analyzes the external environment faced by Microsensor Company and the development of the industry.The main results are as follows:(1)The overall strategic goals of Microsensor Company are difficult to achieve,and it is necessary to optimize the existing development strategy.(2)Qualitative analysis of the external environment faced by sensor application segmentation using PEST;The SWOT analysis method was used to conduct an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and threats faced by Microsensor Company’s development,as well as its own strengths and weaknesses.The AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to reorder the key factors affecting Microsensor Company’s development.(3)Based on industry analysis and analysis of the internal and external environment of Microsensor Company,measures have been proposed to ensure the development strategy of Microsensor Company,in order to enhance its core competitiveness.
