This paper systematically combs the relevant researches on urban economic resilience and technological innovation capability at home and abroad, and defines the concepts of urban economic system resilience and technological innovation capability.Through the construction of multi index system and the use of entropy weight method, the technological innovation ability and economic resilience of each city are measured.Secondly, threshold regression and spatial Dubin model are constructed to test the robustness,to investigate the nonlinear impact of technological innovation capability on urban economic resilience and explore the spatial spillover characteristics of technological innovation capability on urban economic resilience. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)The entropy weight method is used to measure the urban economic resilience and technological innovation capability. The analysis shows that the gap between economic resilience and technological innovation capability among regions is gradually increasing, and the trend of polarization is obvious.(2)Based on the benchmark regression of panel data from 2010 to 2020,the analysis found that technological innovation ability can promote the urban economic resilience.(3)Taking the level of human resources as the threshold variable,we conduct threshold regression to find that technological innovation capability has a "double threshold effect" on urban economic resilience, and it is a"double threshold effect".With the expansion of the level of human resources, the support of technological innovation capability for urban economic resilience has been gradually strengthened.(4)Through spatial autocorrelation test,it is found that there is a positive spatial correlation between urban economic resilience and technological innovation capability, indicating that urban economic resilience and technological innovation capability have a trend of spatial agglomeration.Through the spatial Dubin model,it is found that technological innovation capability has a positive spatial spillover effect on urban economic resilience, and the indirect effect, direct effect and total effect are positive. In addition, human resources and transportation level also have a positive spatial spillover effect on urban economic resilience, and the indirect effect, direct effect and total effect are positive.According to the research conclusions, the following policy recommendations are put forward:promote industry university research cooperation, vigorously improve technological innovation capability, increase investment in technological innovation capability, expand the output and transformation rate of technological innovation capability, optimize the innovation environment, improve the level of urban human resources, strengthen exchanges and cooperation between cities, and promote coordinated development between regions. |
