| With the rapid development of China’s economy,joint-stock commercial banks are an increasingly competitive financial services industry,and their competitive advantages largely depend on the competitiveness of high-quality talent teams.The talent,enthusiasm,and creativity of employees are the first assets of commercial banks.It is particularly important to attract and retain outstanding talents,enhance employees’ work enthusiasm and initiative,stimulate their creativity and self drive,and enhance their satisfaction with bank work.Employee satisfaction is related to the improvement of banks’ internal management effectiveness and external peer competitiveness.Therefore,if banks wan t to achieve healthy and sustainable development,managers must pay attention to the important issue of grassroots employee satisfaction.This article uses the job description index method to construct a satisfaction evaluation model for the grassroots employees of X Branch of Bank of Z as the research object.Starting from six aspects of career planning management,performance management,salary and welfare management,training management,work environment,and interpersonal relationships,it collects satisfaction data through questionnaires and grassroots interviews,and uses SPSS statistical analysis software to test the reliability and validity of the data.Based on the survey results and using the scores and standard deviation of the satisfaction evaluation model,this paper analyzes the existing problems of X Branch in terms of grassroots employee satisfaction,including incomplete job promotion mechanism,incomplete performance appraisal mechanism,unbalanced salary and welfare structure,unscientific training and cultivation system,too tense work atmosphere,and insufficient integration and cooperation between departments,and analyzes the causes of the existing problems.Finally,based on relevant theoretical knowledge and the current situation of X Branch of Bank Z,starting from six aspects:career planning management,performance management,salary and welfare management,training management,work environment,and interpersonal relationships,this paper proposes strategies for improving grassroots employee satisfaction in X Branch of Bank Z,and seeks practical and effective safeguards.It is hoped that the implementation of the employee satisfaction improvement plan will help Bank Z achieve its strategic goal of "tamping the talent base" and achieve the healthy and sustainable development of the talent led business.At the same time,it also provides some directions and ideas for research on improving employee satisfaction at the secondary branch level of other joint-stock commercial banks. |
