Enterprise human resources to give full play to the value is affected by a variety of factors,including employee job satisfaction,employee performance and potential improvement is also directly related to satisfaction,only to achieve employee satisfaction,employees will sincerely pay for the enterprise,enterprises can achieve long-term stable development.Enterprise talents include grassroots employees,they are also an important part of the company’s talents,but also the practitioners of grassroots work,excellent grassroots employees for the improvement of work efficiency is of great significance.Enterprises must pay attention to job satisfaction in order to promote the improvement of the work enthusiasm of grassroots employees and avoid the loss of talent.Based on the theory of satisfaction and domestic and foreign research,this paper studies the current situation of job satisfaction of grassroots employees of Company F,in order to effectively improve the satisfaction of grassroots employees of Company F and promote the good development of Company F.Secondly,180 questionnaires were distributed and 175 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the problems of low satisfaction of grassroots employees of Company F were found,mainly including imperfect performance appraisal system,lack of training and reward and punishment mechanisms,backward career development and promotion systems,less salaries and benefits,poor overall grassroots working environment,and inefficient organizational structure.After investigation and analysis,it is found that the reasons for low satisfaction are: the performance appraisal system is difficult to reflect the real work performance,which is useless;There are few training opportunities,less theory and practice,and the reward and punishment system is biased;The company does not pay attention to job promotion,and the promotion mechanism is not scientific enough;The salary system is outdated and egalitarian;The overall poor working environment at the grassroots level affects the work of employees;The organizational structure design is unscientific,and the division of labor between departments is unreasonable and lacks coordination.Based on this,the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement in terms of performance,training,promotion,salary and welfare,working environment and organizational structure,including improving the performance appraisal system,including standardizing appraisal and improving the supervision mechanism to ensure fair appraisal.Improve learning and training mechanisms,including new employee training and professional development training;Improve the promotion mechanism,including the establishment of a good career development system and a good promotion mechanism;Improve the salary and welfare of the enterprise,including improving the salary satisfaction of grassroots employees and improving the salary and welfare system;Improving the working environment,including improving working conditions,optimizing working hours and increasing work security,as well as improving organizational structures.In order to effectively improve the job satisfaction of the grassroots employees of Company F,stimulate work enthusiasm,give full play to the subjective initiative of employees,provide inexhaustible motivation for the development of enterprises,and promote the good development of Company F.
