| The construction of young skilled talents team is related to the quality of manufacturing power and the promotion of talent power strategy.How to cultivate a group of knowledgeable and professional young skilled employees and maximize their creativity and productivity is a realistic issue that many enterprises in China need to seriously consider and strive to answer.The topic of this study coincides with the important period of internal restructuring and transformation of T Company where the author works.In order to adapt to the future development strategy and build a high-quality talent team,T Company vigorously implements the ability improvement project,especially emphasizes the need to strengthen the construction of young skilled staff team,continue to optimize the incentive mechanism for young skilled staff,and provide a solid talent guarantee for the high-quality development of T Company.This paper takes the young skilled employees of T company as the research object,takes the optimization of incentive mechanism as the goal,verifies each other through normative analysis and empirical analysis,and supplements each other through questionnaire survey and interview survey,conducts a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and analysis on the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism for young skilled employees of T Company,and measures the satisfaction degree of young skilled employees of T company on the existing incentive mechanism.This paper analyzes the satisfaction difference of young skilled employees with different demographic variables to the incentive mechanism,and then analyzes whether the incentive mechanism is effective.This paper believes that the main problems existing in the incentive mechanism of young skilled employees in T company are:unreasonable salary system,unscientific performance appraisal,unobstructed evaluation and promotion,imperfect training system,imperfect growth incentive mechanism and imperfect non-material incentive.The main reasons are:outdated state-owned enterprise system,relatively backward management level,internal training is not scientific enough and enterprise culture construction lag.In this regard,this paper formulated the optimization measures of the incentive mechanism according to the existing problems,and further improved the scientific nature and effectiveness of the incentive mechanism for the existing young skilled employees of T Company.This paper takes the young skilled employees of T Company as an endogenous variable,and empirically explains their inner activities and their response to the incentive mechanism,further finds the incentive needs of the young skilled employees of T Company,explains the logical starting point of the incentive mechanism optimization of the young skilled employees of T Company,and converts the previous abstract and principled requirements into specific work,which is highly operational,It will not only help T Company accelerate the promotion of the optimization of the incentive mechanism for young skilled employees,and continuously improve the overall human resources management level of the enterprise,but also may provide some valuable references for enterprises with the same needs. |
