| In the fierce market competition,a team of foreign trade salesmen with strong busin ess ability and stability plays a key role in the development of small and medium-sized foreign trade companies.However,small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises generally have a high turnover rate of foreign trade salesmen.The high turnover rate of foreign trade salesmen will do great harm to small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,which will not only lead to the loss of customer resources,but also reduce the cohesion of the company’s foreign trade salesmen,thus weakening the company’s competitiveness.Therefore,reducing the turnover rate of foreign trade salesmen and retaining foreign trade salesmen has become an urgent problem for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises.This paper takes foreign trade salesmen of Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company as the research object,and it takes Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory,and PriceMuller turnover model as the theoretical basis.And using literature research,case analysis,and interview analysis studys reasons for the high turnover rate of foreign trade salesmen in Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company.Firstly,by reading the domestic and international literature,the current situation of resignation at home and abroad is sorted out,the concept of employee turnover,small and medium size foreign trade enterprises and other concepts are defined,these provide theoretical basis for the writing of this article.Secondly,In order to understand the current situation of foreign trade salesmen’s turnover in Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company,the impact of foreign trade salesmen’s turnover on the company,this paper investigates the human resources situation of Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company.Then,this paper conducts an interview survey with the resigned foreign trade salesmen.This paper summarizes the interview information of resigned foreign trade salesmen,and analyzes the reasons for the resignation of foreign trade salesmen based on the employee turnover model.Finally,this paper provides some practical coping strategies and develops safeguards for Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company from the perspective of enterprise management and based on the interviews.The following conclusions were drawn from the research: This paper divides the reasons for the resignation of foreign trade salesmen in Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company into three aspects: external reasons,internal reasons,and personal reasons.And this paper summarizes several reasons for the resignation of foreign trade salesmen in Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company,including salary and benefits,employee training,employee promotion and career development,company culture,better job opportunities,work pressure and family reasons.For these reasons,this paper offers several reasonable coping strategies.This is a response strategy for company external reasons: Response strategies for external reasons within the company: The company should enhance its industry position and help foreign trade salesmen establish professional confidence.There are some response strategies for company internal reasons: First,the company should improve the external competitiveness of salary and establish a scientific and reasonable salary and benefit system.Second,the company should strengthen the training of new foreign trade salesmen and set up a variety of daily training.Third,the company should establish a reasonable promotion mechanism and ad d career planning.Fourth,the company should establish a people-oriented company culture and create a good corporate culture atmosphere.Fifth,the company should establish a management mechanism for the resignation of foreign trade salesmen.There are some response strategies for foreign trade salesmen: the company should alleviate the pressure on foreign trade salesmen and establish a flexible working system.In the process of research,this paper analyzes the real reasons for the resignation of foreign trade salesmen in Zheng Zhou FB foreign trade company,and proposes some reasonable coping strategies.This study will hopefully provide a corresponding reference for other foreign trade companies in China when dealing with the turnover of foreign trade salesmen. |
