Research On The Measurement And Improve Ment Measures Of Urban Rural Integration Development Level In Xinmi City

The county is a link in the development of urban-rural integration,a basic unit of macro governance of the country and an important carrier for the realization of urban-rural integration,and plays an important role in the process of the comprehensive realization of rural revitalization in China.The 20 th Party Congress proposed that counties should be taken as an important entry point for urban-rural integration and play the role of radiation drive to rural areas.Only by fully understanding the problems in the process of urban-rural integration and continuously optimizing the relationship between urban and rural areas can we better make suggestions to promote the development of urban-rural integration and further promote the implementation of the strategy and policy optimization of rural revitalization.Xinmi City is a county under the jurisdiction of Henan Province,and its urban-rural integration development plays an important role in the promotion of rural revitalization strategy.This paper selects Xinmi City in Henan Province as the research object,and uses literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis by combing and studying the literature on urban-rural integration at home and abroad.Firstly,we describe and analyze the current situation of urban-rural integration in Xinmi City in terms of spatial,industrial,economic,public service integration and ecological integration,and then select four primary indicators of spatial,economic,industrial and public service,12 indicators of land urbanization level,industry synchronization development level and urban-rural income level to build the evaluation index system of urban-rural integration development level in Xinmi City by combining related researches.The article selects the data from 2010 to 2020 and uses the "entropy method" to assign weights to the selected indicators,and then determines the overall impact of each indicator through the weights.Based on the current situation and measurement,the problems of urban-rural integration development in Xinmi City are analyzed.It is found that the level of urban-rural integration development in Xinmi City has been increasing,among which the level of urban-rural economic integration is higher and the level of public service integration is second.At the same time,based on the systematic analysis of the index layer,it is found that the problems of obstructed factor circulation and unreasonable industrial structure still exist in the process of urban-rural integration development.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposes countermeasures to promote urban-rural integration in Xinmi City in terms of promoting the two-way circulation of factors and resources,accelerating the construction of urban-rural industrial system,and improving the urban-rural public service system,etc.Finally,we summarize and prospect the research of this paper in order to improve the shortcomings of this paper in the future research.
