| With the rapid economic development and the rapid increase of the world population, people’s demand for various products is also growing rapidly.Due to the limited resources and people’s unreasonable use of resources, various resource shortages and environmental pollution problems have become more and more serious. As a production organization method that can maximize resource recycling and reuse,closed-loop supply chain is increasingly playing its unique role in the transformation of production methods, resource recycling and environmental protection. The government and consumers,as important factors affecting the decision-making of enterprises in the closed-loop supply chain, occupy an important position in the closed-loop supply chain research. This paper takes the closed-loop supply chain composed of a single manufacturer and a single retailer as the research object, and combin es the actual situation to study the difference in consumers’ willingness to pay,the government’s carbon emission reward and punishment policy, and the government’s waste product recycling reward and punishment policy on the decision-making of the closed-loop supply chain. When there is a difference in willingness to pay between new products and remanufactured products, set research assumptions according to the actual situation, build no reward and punishment model, carbon emission reward and punishment model, waste recycling reward and punishment model and double reward and punishment model, and then use Stackelberg game theory and The reverse induction method is used to solve the equilibrium solutions of different models. Finally, the research conclusions of this paper are obtained through logical derivation, example analysis and comparative analysis. The research results show that narrowing the difference in consumers’ willingness to pay and improving consumers’ recognition of remanufactured products have a significant effect on improving the benefits of closed-loop supply chains. The reward and punishment factors of the carbon emission reward and punishment policy and the waste product recycling reward and punishment policy will affect the product price, consumer demand and supply chain profit;the upper or lower limit of the two reward and punishment policies and the reward and punishment force factor together produce more complicated supply chain profits.Influence.The double reward and punishment policy combines the advantages of the two reward and punishment policies, which has significant advantages over the single reward and punishment policy and is most in line with the requirements of low-carbon environmental protection. Finally, according to the research conclusions, policy suggestions are put forward for the government to narrow the difference in consumers’ willingness to pay and use the reward and punishment policy rationally in different situations. |
