Research On Closed-loop Supply Chain Network Equilibrium Considering Government Reward And Punishment Mechanism And Product Greenness

In recent years,the world's energy consumption has increased dramatically,the ecological environment has deteriorated continuously,and the survival and development of human beings have been seriously threatened.With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,it has become the consensus of the international community to promote green development and take the road of sustainable development.As the leader of green economy and circular economy,the policies and policies issued by the government have a significant impact on the decision-making of the members of the supply chain network and the network equilibrium.In this context,considering the government reward and punishment mechanism and product greenness,based on the competition among the same members of supply chain network,the closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model with green preference of consumers is established based on the direct selling model and the traditional selling model respectively.The profit maximization expressions of each member of supply chain network are depicted by using variational inequalities and equilibrium theory,respectively.The supply chain network equilibrium models under two different modes are obtained and solved by using the modified projection algorithm.The effects of recovery ratio factor,consumers' green preference and government reward and punishment factors on the decision-making and network equilibrium of each member of the supply chain network are discussed with an example.The effects of recycling ratio factor,consumers' green preference and government reward and punishment factors on the decision-making and network equilibrium of supply chain network members are discussed with an example.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Under the direct selling mode and the traditional selling mode,the implementation of government reward and punishment mechanism is conducive to promoting manufacturers to improve product greenness,in which the government reward and punishment mechanism plays a more significant role in product greenness;(2)the government should choose reasonable reward and punishment factors,which are too large or too small for the development of the market.(3)When the recycling ratio is set in an appropriate range,it can stimulate consumer demand to a certain extent,increase the profits of members of the supply chain network,and also play a positive role in improving the greenness of products;(4)the profit of manufacturers has no obvious relationship with the preference degree of consumers for green consciousness,manufacturers invest in improving consumers' green preference consciousness.It is not advisable to increase profits.
