Changsha Vanke Enterprise Co.,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Changsha Vanke)was established in 2006,with a strategic layout closely focused on the development plan of Changsha city and dedicated to bringing better living services and scenario experience to the citizens of Changsha.Against the background of the policy of "housing and housing without speculation",the era of stock competition in Changsha real estate market has arrived and the concentration of the industry will continue to rise,Changsha Vanke needs to build a long-term competitive advantage for the future through strategic management.Taking Changsha Vanke as the research object,this paper firstly conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of Changsha Vanke’s external macro environment using the common analysis tools of strategic management,and summarizes an d compares Changsha Vanke’s internal environment such as business development,organizational structure and human resources;secondly,then comprehensively summarizes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and risks in Changsha Vanke’s internal and external environment based on SWOT tool,and considers that The internal resources and capabilities of the company have certain advantages compared with those of enterprises in the same industry,and the external environment also has more favorable factors;then,the development strategy suitable for Changsha Vanke is formulated according to the strategic positioning and vision objectives of the company:the company should adopt a proactive growth strategy,strengthen the core business of real estate development,and adhere to the development strategy of "one main and multiple wings".The company should adopt a proactive growth strategy to strengthen its core business of real estate development,while adhering to the development strategy of "one main and multiple wings" and actively exploring opportunities to expand upstream and downstream of the industry chain to build a multi-profit business growth pole;while the business level strategy can choose the cost leadership and differentiation strategy,adhere to the focus on "customer orientation,deepen core capacity building",continuously pursue product and service differentiation,and promote cost system control improvement and cost creation.Finally,it proposes concrete implementation steps for the development s trategy plan,and puts forward a number of guarantee measures in the areas of finance and financing,corporate culture,human resources,system management and information construction to help Changsha Vanke successfully achieve its strategic goals.The theoretical and empirical study of Changsha Vanke’s development strategy in this paper will help Changsha Vanke to formulate a strategic plan in line with the future development aspects of the industry and help the company to build a long-term competitive advantage for the future,and the study will be useful for companies in the industry to formulate a strategic plan for company development.
