Private enterprises are an important part of our country’s market economy and play a key role in social and economic development,technological upgrading,and product R&D and innovation.Relevant departments of the Chinese government regard the development of private enterprises as an important part of helping the real economy,and at the same time take financial water to irrigate private enterprises as the top priority of development.One after another,relevant policies to financially guarantee the development of private enterprises have been released,and CCB Head Office has also made promoting the development of private enterprises as its business strategy,and has put forward the work requirements for continuous incremental expansion and highlighting key support,in terms of the number of customers and the scale of loans,etc.CCB Hunan Branch has done a good job in marketing services for private enterprises.Therefore,how CCB Hunan Branch can further improve the marketing expansion of private enterprises has gradually become an issue worthy of discussion at present.This paper takes the Hunan Branch of CCB as the research object,and from the perspective of the bank,explores the optimization of the marketing strategy of the private enterprise credit business of the Hunan Branch of CCB.The main structure of this paper mainly includes three aspects: status analysis,marketing strategy optimization,strategy implementation and guarantee.First,the author starts with the internal data of CCB Hunan Branch,and sorts out the loan data of private enterprises in the past three years.Analysis of the development status of the bank’s private enterprises from multiple dimensions such as distribution and industry distribution.Then,it analyzes the political environment,economic environment,social environment,technical environment and competitive environment of Hunan CCB’s internal and external environment for private enterprise credit business marketing.it concludes that the marketing strategy of CCB Hunan Branch is optimized.It should start with clarifying the target market,optimizing credit products and pricing levels,and improving the level of channel customer acquisition.Finally,combined with the questions raised in Chapter 2 as a guide,on the basis of STP analysis,the author proposes specific marketing strategy optimization measures from the aspects of products,prices and channels,and puts forward development strategy implementation and safeguard measures in combination with marketing strategies.CCB Hunan Branch for reference.This paper adopts the conventional thinking of raising,analyzing and solving problems,analyzes the current situation of private enterprise credit business of CCB Hunan Branch through certain data,and puts forward practical and feasible marketing strategy optimization measures.Provide help for the development of credit business of private enterprises,and provide reference and reference for financial institutions in the same industry to optimize their original marketing strategies.
