Research On The Development Strategy Of Zhengzhou LK Biomedical Industrial Park

In recent years,with the further improvement of China’s economic development level and the rapid development of life sciences,people’s income has become higher and higher,and the demand for high-quality health products and services has also increased greatly,which provides an opportunity for the further development of the biomedical industry.As the largest biotechnology R&D and innovation base in Henan,Zhengzhou LK Biomedical Industrial Park has been rated as a municipal and provincial science and technology enterprise incubator in Zhengzhou.In view of this,this paper deeply discusses the development strategy of Zhengzhou LK Biomedical Industrial Park,which is of great significance for further defining the development strategy of the park.This paper takes the development strategy of Zhengzhou LK Biomedical Industrial Park as the research object.First,it describes the social background of the topic,and analyzes the significance,content and methods of this study.Secondly,it introduces relevant theories,such as strategic management theory,and analyzes its significance and role in this study.Through the analysis of the development status of Zhengzhou LK Biomedical Industrial Park from the perspectives of construction,technology platform,enterprise settlement,fund formation,and development strategy,the problems faced by the development of the park,such as the development strategy to be optimized,insufficient degree of industrial convergence,weak support for investment attraction,difficult enterprise financing,the construction of living facilities to be improved,and the lack of high-end talents,were found.Then,the industrial development environment of Zhengzhou LK Biomedical Industrial Park is deeply analyzed by studying the external environment composed of macro environment and industrial competition environment and the internal environment composed of enterprise resources and capabilities.On this basis,according to its development disadvantages and advantages,as well as the opportunities and threats brought about by the external environment,it uses swot analysis to select a diversified development strategy,proposes a vision and strategic objectives,plans the way to implement the strategy,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,capital,technology and talents.
