| Under the macro situation of the vigorous development in highway industry,the workload of the highway administration personnel is increasing day by day,which leads to the increasingly prominent of job burnout among the highway administration personnel,including the fading of work enthusiasm,physical and mental fatigue,emotional exhaustion,etc.This not only has a serious adverse impact on the physical and mental development of road administration personnel,the work quality of road administration will be weakened,but also will bring great safety risks to the travelling passengers.Therefore,it is significant to study the problem of job burnout and improvement strategies of highway management personnel in expressway companies.As a professional management company funded by SX Transportation Holdings Group,XX Expressway Company is responsible for the construction and operation management of the TY-QX section of the expressway.It has a large number of road administrators.It is one of the important means to improve the quality and efficiency of road administration services by putting forward suggestions on job burnout for road administrators.It is not only conducive to the stable operation of XX Expressway Company,but also can provide reference for the management of road administrators of other expressway companies.This paper summarizes the connotation and measurement tools of job burnout,uses job matching theory,job stressor theory,resource conservation theory and self-efficacy theory as the basis for the revision of the scale of job burnout and its causes,uses SPSS software to statistically analyze the survey results of the scale,determines the situation and specific causes of job burnout of road workers,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies for job burnout.The job profile is as follows:First,based on the Maslach Job Burnout Scale and combined with the characteristics of road administration work,the job burnout scale for road administration personnel was revised.The results showed that the road administration personnel were faced with medium to high job burnout;Secondly,using T test analysis and analysis of variance,based on the individual factors of road administration personnel,the difference analysis of their job burnout was carried out;Third,compile the questionnaire on the causes of job burnout of road administration personnel,and use the correlation analysis method to verify the validity of the questionnaire;Fourth,the descriptive statistical analysis method is used to investigate and analyze the causes of job burnout of the company’s road administration personnel,and it is concluded that social factors,organizational factors,work factors and personal factors directly affect the level of job burnout of road administration personnel;Fifth,put forward the improvement strategy of the company’s road administration staff’s job burnout,that is,improve the social image,improve the social recognition,and enhance the sense of social honor;Strengthen organizational security support,optimize performance incentives,and open up career promotion channels;Reduce the workload,improve the working environment and optimize the work content;Improve self-cognition,reasonably adjust work and family responsibilities,and strengthen career planning.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the improvement strategy for the job burnout of road administrators is clearly put forward,which plays a positive role in reducing the level of job burnout of road administrators,improving the enthusiasm of road administrators,improving the level of road administration services,and promoting the better and faster development of the highway industry.It also provides scientific basis for the management of road administrators of peer companies. |
