Study On Performance Appraisal System On Organ Administrators Of Expressway Company

The biggest different between the highway enterprises and other corporations is the office staffs play a very important role in the highway companies. And because of the special nature of their work, the performance evaluation methods will be different form others. Based on the specificity of the work, this paper devises a scientific performance appraise method,which determine the weight of these indexes using AHP method and carry on the comprehensive evaluation using FUZZY-TOPSIS. The result shows that it is a good method to assess the office administrators'performance and will makes performance appraisal to play its due role in the development of a business.
