In the market economy,the enterprise’s sales ability has become the core leading factor that affects its steady development and growth.As the core department of the company,its sales department is the cornerstone of its development.It also bears the main income of the company,but also bears the same responsibility and pressure.If these pressures can not be reasonably guided or timely transformed,it is easy to cause their work enthusiasm to decline,resulting in work attitude slack;If there is a scientific and reasonable guidance and incentive mechanism,it can also stimulate their work enthusiasm and guide them to give full play to their personal potential.QD company is an enterprise focusing on "Internet+big data" investment services,which occupies a large proportion in the sales department of QD company.This group has unique characteristics.Its large number makes it the main force of QD company,and also undertakes the main power source of sustainable development of the enterprise.Due to the nature of their work,the staff of the sales department will be slightly different from the staff of other departments in daily management.And the incentive for the sales staff is also a challenge for all enterprises in management.In QD company,the overall development is fast,the daily operation and management of the sales staff in the problems are increasingly obvious.Therefore,do a good job in the management of sales staff,become the top priority of daily work.This paper uses the methods of data review,case study,field interview,etc.,and on the basis of the review of relevant incentive theories,carries out relevant analysis and research on the employees of the sales department of QD Company,analyzes their working status and the current situation of material and spiritual motivation.Mainly from the performance appraisal,incentive mechanism,talent selection,marketing skills training management and staff career development planning of the five aspects of the analysis.After analysis and collation,the material incentive mechanism of the sales department of QD company mainly has a single performance appraisal index and a lack of long-term incentive mechanism.In the aspect of spiritual motivation,there are some problems such as not obvious incentive mechanism in marketing skills training management,single career development channel of sales staff and unreasonable talent selection.The improvement plan has been made in turn,and the design of performance appraisal index has been perfected,the long-term incentive mechanism has been perfected,the training management system has been perfected,the career development planning of employees has been established and the talent selection process has been perfected.And further design and improve the corresponding safeguard mechanism measures.
