Shenqiu County Farmers To Participate In The Industrialization Of Flour Consortium Willingness Study

Since the 20 th year of the Party,the central government has made important strategic arrangements for the reform and development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",pointing out that the effective connection between small farmers and modern agriculture should be accelerated.As a new type of agricultural organization,agricultural industrialization consortium has great advantages in the development of agriculture and the development of agricultural socialization services.Exploring the willingness of farmers to participate in the agricultural industrialization consortium can effectively guide farmers to participate in the organizational form of the agricultural industrialization consortium,which is an important aspect of studying the high-quality development of the agricultural industrialization consortium and the effective participation of farmers in the organizational cooperation.First of all,on the basis of farmers ’decision behavior theory,transaction cost theory and planning behavior theory,this paper explores the behavior mechanism of farmers’ participation in organizational cooperation.Farmers ’participation in organizational cooperation is due to the consideration of pursuing profit maximization and minimizing transaction costs,and is subject by the common influence of farmers’ subjective norms,perceptual behavior control and attitudes.Secondly,this paper applied micro research data and interview questions,respectively for shenqiu county flour industrialization consortium development and farmers participate in flour industrialization association will present situation analysis,found that farmers participate in consortium will generally is not high,farmers participate in the lack of initiative,most of the farmers to participate in the consortium have a wait-and-see attitude.Then,based on 255 questionnaires,the paper analyzes the individual characteristics,family production and operation characteristics,cognitive evaluation characteristics and the influence of the following conclusions:(1)the individual characteristics dimension,the age of farmers is negatively associated with the association of flour industrialization;the willingness of farmers to participate in the association of flour industrialization.(2)In the dimension of household production and management,the lower the non-agricultural income degree of farmers,the stronger the willingness to participate in the flour industrialization consortium.(3)In the cognitive evaluation dimension of farmers,the stronger the understanding of the farmers,the higher the willingness of the flour industrialization consortium,the stronger the willingness of the land transfer,the stronger the willingness to participate in the flour industrialization consortium.(4)In the dimension of external environmental factors,farmers believe that the greater the government’s support for the consortium,the stronger the farmers are to participate in the flour industrialization consortium.Finally,according to the basic conclusions,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)to build a consortium development platform to improve the participation level of farmers.(2)Strengthen the education and training of farmers,and break through the cultural limitations of farmers.(3)Increase consortium support and mobilize farmers to participate in the initiative.(4)Strengthen the interest connection of the consortium and improve the determination of farmers’ participation.
