Research On The Development Level Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Creative Agriculture In Gushi County

Creative agriculture,which originated in the late 1990 s,is to effectively integrate science and technology and culture into agricultural production,develop agricultural functions,integrate agricultural resources,and change the traditional mode of agricultural production.transform it into a modern creative agriculture that integrates production,ecology and life.The use of science and technology,culture,art and other innovative means to enhance the added value of traditional agriculture and its derivative products,achieve the optimal allocation of agricultural production resources,and enhance the vitality of market competition of agricultural products.To promote the economic benefits of agriculture and rural areas and speed up the development of creative agriculture is an important way to promote China’s agricultural supply-side structural reform,enhance agricultural transformation and upgrading and increase farmers’ income.Promoting the development of creative agriculture is an important part of the integration of agricultural resources.injecting the production and sale of agricultural products into cultural creativity,technological innovation and brand concept will help to optimize the reorganization and allocation of agricultural and rural resources.improve the added value,technical value,cultural value and environmental value of agricultural products,and build a "high-quality,efficient and sustainable" agricultural value system.In recent years,Gushi County has strengthened the construction of modern agriculture in various townships and townships in Gushi County,providing policy guidance for the development of creative agriculture with local characteristics,which is conducive to the improvement of the environment for the development of creative agriculture.Gushi County as a major agricultural county,the actual development level of creative agriculture needs further analysis and research.How to deepen the development of creative agriculture in the future is the key issue of this study.Firstly,the literature research method is used to sort out and summarize the definition,development model and level of creative agriculture at home and abroad,and then analyze the basic conditions,development model and current situation of the development of creative agriculture in Gushi County.from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation,talent team and industrial integration,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey.21 evaluation indexes are selected from the four aspects of industrial system,resources and environment,policy environment and creative ability.combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is concluded that the evaluation result of the development level of creative agriculture in Gushi County is "general".Through empirical research,it is found that there are stagnant factors in the development of creative agriculture in Gushi County,including government guidance,scientific and technological talents,cultural creativity,industrial chain extension,industrial integration and so on.According to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development of creative agriculture in Gushi County,such as strengthening policy support and planning guidance,improving the added value of products,strengthening the construction of science and technology and talents,enhancing the degree of industrial integration,digging cultural connotation and so on.
