Study On The Spatial Spillover Effect And Influencing Factors Of High-Quality Development Of Cities In Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

As an important carrier of economy,people’s livelihood and ecology,urban highquality development is an important prerequisite for promoting high-quality economic growth,people’s living and working in peace and contentment and urban ecological construction.As an important supporting point to drive regional development and an important demonstration of national urban construction,the high-quality development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area itself is particularly important.Effectively evaluating and judging the level stage and influencing factors of highquality development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can not only promote the policy optimization of high-quality development in GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,but also provide effective reference for the highquality development of other regions and urban agglomerations in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the path of high-quality urban development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Firstly,based on the connotation of high-quality development,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban high-quality development,and calculates the high-quality development index of 11 cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2006 to 2020.Using the calculation and decomposition of Theil index,the change trend and source of the difference of high-quality development level between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are obtained.Then,with the help of spatial econometric model,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the spatial effect and internal influence mechanism of high-quality development in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The results show that:(1)there is an obvious spatial correlation between the high-quality development level of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and there are agglomeration characteristics.(2)The spatial autoregressive coefficient is significantly negative,because the "siphon effect" and competitive effect of highlevel development areas lead to high-quality development in regions,which will affect the high-quality development of other regions,and has a certain negative spatial spillover effect.(3)The six dimensions of economic development,innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development and shared development have different degrees of impact on the high-quality development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Among them,shared development and coordinated development have the greatest positive impact on GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the highest contribution to high-quality development,followed by open development.Economic development has a certain negative impact on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Therefore,while attaching importance to the idea of high-quality urban development and vigorously promoting the transformation of urban construction in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from pursuing economic scale to pursuing development quality,we should promote the coordinated development of people and cities,implement the coordinated optimization strategy of high-quality urban development in the whole region,weaken the internal competition in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,promote the economic cooperation and exchange between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and external cities,and improve the opening level of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,In order to achieve the coordination and stability of the overall high-quality development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
