As one of the financial service industries,banks need to achieve direct contact and communication with customers in certain places.Generally,the business outlets of branches and sub branches undertake such functions.The operation of these outlets also directly affects the efficiency of the whole bank operation.China CITIC Bank Changsha branch has been paying attention to the operation of network customers for many years and has accumulated certain achievements.However,with the intensification of industry competition and the impact of Internet finance,various problems also follow.Therefore,how to solve various difficulties and pain points in network operation and help it improve management efficiency is also the top priority of its work.In this paper,firstly,it introduces the current situation of project management and its application in the banking industry,defines the overall research background of the paper,and extracts the relevant theoretical basis of project management and empowerment used in this paper;Secondly,combined with the current situation of China CITIC Bank Changsha branch,based on the analysis of the situation of retail business team,retail business operation and personal customer management,this paper puts forward various problems in the operation of customers in its outlets,including the classification of customers relying on a single capital index,the single development of customer channels,the lack of customer maintenance awareness and so on,The necessity of implementing the enabling project with the theme of fuel power is put forward;Then,according to the requirements of project management theory,this paper expounds the enabling project as a whole,including project startup,planning,implementation,control and ending.The specific measures include putting forward the objectives,contents and stakeholders of project management,and clarifying the specific planning matters from the three dimensions of project scope,progress and resources,through project team construction,team management The team responsibility is divided into three aspects to promote the implementation of the project,control the project from four aspects: progress,resources,quality and project change,and finally put forward the acceptance of the project implementation results and the evaluation and assessment of the project implementation team.Form a unified and feasible project management scheme for enabling gas power team;Finally,the safeguard measures for the project scheme are put forward from the dimensions of product business,marketing promotion and resources.This paper combines the relevant theories of project management with the practical needs of bank outlet operation and management,and combined with the actual situation of Changsha branch of China CITIC Bank,establishes the management strategy and scheme of customer operation main channel team empowerment project for it,which not only hopes to enable the operation efficiency of each outlet of the project through combustion power,Help establish a standardized business process and process management and control system aimed at strengthening customer operation.At the same time,it can also provide some reference significance for the application of project management in the operation of network customers in the financial industry.
